Unique and interesting place to stay = with everything one needs. The dogs enjoyed playing with Ann's two in the secure garden. Parking extremely convenient - and location means easy access to surrounding towns. Ann left a very generous welcome pack which was much appreciated. I don't think that anything would have been too much trouble for Ann to sort if needed.

Me and my partner stayed here for one night to celebrate his birthday and we had a lovely time! The studio was a great size to accommodate us both. We ate at the restaurant/bar/pub adjoined to it and had great food and service there too. They helped us with the checking in and turning on the heating - everything was sorted instantly for us. A lovely place for a weekend get away and would definitely recommend as well as return! :)

Torie’s garden guesthouse was a lovely stay in Coggeshall! Perfect to have a place to land while exploring the area and would be a great spot if you’re in town for a wedding or otherwise. We enjoyed the brightness and spaciousness of the house + overall cleanliness very much! The bed was lush and the interior design was much to our liking.

Firstly, Cliff and his family were incredibly welcoming and helpful! Made to feel at home instantly. Genuinely lovely family! The home and surrounding areas are immaculately presented and has everything you could want for a stay-cation. Local area is beautiful and the Indian restaurant few mins up the road is delicious with amazing service! The home has everything and very logically laid out and comfy. We were given fresh eggs from the chickens that resided on site and were a great source of joy for the kids and adults who attended. There is a tranquil stream again few mins walk which was a lovley oasis. All in all a wonderful retreat with a big private garden where we indulged in a family picnic. Amazing stay and looking forward to returning. Thanks Cliff and family!
