The house exceeded all expectations, looks even better than in the photos. Large and comfortable beds, there is absolutely everything you may need for your stay in Georgia (especially pleased with wine glasses☺️). A spacious house with its own territory is a godsend for a comfortable stay. If I am still in Tbilisi, I will definitely stay at Tatiana's place. Tatiana is just an amazing person, friendliness, help and interest in customers made the stay in Georgia truly great. Thank you very much.

Maia is just an amazing hostess! Very helpful, generous with her time and with an amazing English speaking. Maia has helped us a lot in our staying in her apartment which is cute and comfortable, Very well located with great views over the city and closed to lots of supermarkets and bus station. Neighbourhood is quiet and friendly . Thank you Maia!

Very clean,amazing view,absolutely A+,every penny worth it

Nice small apartment, cozy and clean. Internet is good and stabe, there's a decent workdedk if you need to do remote work. Not sure about groceries nearby, but East point mall is 10 min driving. Great value for money
