Schönes, hübsch eingerichtetes und blitzsauberes Appartement. Sehr schönes Badezimmer. Alles in der Stadt gut zu Fuß erreichbar. 2 Parkplätze in der Nähe (ca. 300m), einer gratis, einer kostenpflichtig. Bei unserer Ankunft haben wir die Rolltreppen genutzt, was ein kleiner Umweg ist. Schneller geht's vom Parkplatz direkt hinauf über einige kurze, flache Stufen und etwas holpriges Gelände. Holprig aber auch der Weg zu den Rolltreppen. Alles in allem eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

We had a great stay at Chiara’s place. Her restaurant recommendations were on point and there were 2 neighborhood cafes to get a quick cappuccino before heading out for the day! The ability to open windows and fall asleep in the cool night air was very pleasant! Overall, I will return if ever In Perugia again!

Had a super 8 night stay here. Paola, the host, is everything you can hope for from an Airbnb host. Super communicative, welcoming and helpful. Her and her husband helped me with a medical issue, which was so kind and appreciated. Wow! Just wow! The apartment is quiet and I slept good at night. It has every amenity that I needed. It is clean and in a safe location. They really put love and attention into this place and it shows. Highly recommended.

Gli host di casa Lieta sono stati molto reattivi e proattivi. Ci ha fatto il check in la moglie, che è stata gentilissima in quel momento e anche durante le comunicazioni successive. Ci ha aiutato dandoci indicazioni e ci hanno fatto trovare anche i biscotti per la colazione. Unica pecca del soggiorno sono stati alcuni elementi della biancheria che forse avrebbero avuto bisogno di essere ricontrollati dopo il lavaggio. Detto questo, ottima esperienza, ci tornerei e la consiglio a tutti!

Fabrizio was an amazing host! We made a spontaneous choice to stay in Perugia after our friend’s wedding in Tuscany and the magic continued. The location was central and a blissful walk to the city centre which is full of history and beauty. Coming back to Fabrizio’s place made our stay even better. A very modern design, good energy making it easy to relax, cook and enjoy. We highly recommend and we’ll be coming back on our next visit. Thank you!

This place is pure magic. You are perched on top of a hill with an endless view out over Umbria. You could stare at it all day. The interior is simple but well appointed and has everything you need. But we spent all of our time outside - a beautiful dining table and lounge chairs look out over the view, and amazing pool with the same view, a wood-fired bbq where we cooked all of our meals. It was my wife, out 2-year-old and myself, and we had the most amazing time relaxing on the property. Radicofani, is an ancient town, frozen in time and only a 4 minute drive away - it's got a coupe great resturants, good butcher, cafe and bakery and a very cool fortress. We took a day trip to Pienza (stunning) and another to the amazing "Balena Bianca" hot springs. Google it! This place makes the perfect basecamp for day trips, or the ideal spot to kick back and relax. The host are super responsive and a huge help for tips, ideas or if you need anything. We will be back for sure. Thank you!!

Wir waren eine Woche bei Valentina, es war eine wunderschöne Woche. Der Landschaftspark mit dem Pool war ein Traum. Die Geschmackvolle eingerichtete Ferienwohnung lag privat vor blicken geschützt. Alles war vorhanden. Wir haben gute Unterstützung und Informationen bekommen im Vorfeld und während des Urlaubs. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind gut erreichbar.Die Minimetro in Perugia und die Barrierefreiheit dort können auch Menschen nutzen die nicht gut zu Fuß sind.

This is a beautiful apartment in an even more beautiful area. The views are worth it just by themselves. The town is lovely and has nice restaurants.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Collepino is a small, historic, quiet village, and the house is in the centre, near the restaurant and bar/cafe. It is very peaceful, great for relaxing after exploring nearby historic towns (eg Spello and Assisi), or immersing yourself in nature hiking/biking the many trails on Mt Subasio. (note - at this time of year the restaurant was only open Fri/Sat/Sun and the bar/cafe did not open every day). Alessio is a superb host. He met us personally and introduced us to the house. The information provided re recommendations, and things to do, is the most comprehensive we have experienced in any Airbnb. He is very friendly, responive, and proactive too. Like many historic, small villages/towns in Italy, it is not possible to park your car at the property. However, there is plenty of free public parking nearby, we didn't have a problem. Thank you Alessio, we had a great stay.

first I love his neighbors who checked us in. Cinzia was amazing. She not only showed us our place but took our kids to show us her farm. she also makes her own olive oil and gifted us with some! Wonderful Italian neighbors!! I contacted Rocky in advance and he provided me with specific recommendations for where we should go during a long drive we took. we went where he suggested and was not disappointed! Amazing quiet location with great near by wineries. would 100% recommend to everyone!

What a wonderful experience! The description of the home was excelled by the reality. It was very clean and tastefully decorated — Anna has an eye for design and art. the three bedrooms easily accommodated us. The large patio with its charming table and vine screened roof was a charming place to enjoy our morning cappuccino. the home is situated in a agricultural community built in 1788, situated in extensive vineyards. The buildings have been thoroughly renovated into a series of private homes. The community contained renters like us, but also young communities and older retirees. We had a chance to get to know people in the neighborhood, who were uniformly friendly. the AirBnB is about 25 minutes away from Arezzo by car. The best place to park we found was in the short term parking at the train station. From there it was just a short walk to the Old Town. Anna was a wonderful and charming host. We recommend this property highly!

Marco’s place is in the heart of Montichiello village, perched atop a hill with beautiful views. We stayed one night during our biking trip from Siena and wished we could have stayed longer! Marco is a kind and thoughtful host. The apartment is clean, stylish, and comfortable, with spotless bathrooms and a great shower. The kitchen is well-equipped and includes a cozy table for meals. Air conditioning and a ceiling fan keep the space cool in summer. The apartment is on the first floor, reached by stairs lined with flower pots, and features a charming bookshelf at the entrance. On the ground floor, there’s a storage room where we safely stored our bikes alongside Marco’s. It also has a washing machine and dryer available. A local grocery store is just 300 meters away. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay in this lovely village!

Der Aufenthalt bei Andreas und Natchana war sehr schön, ruhig, erholsam und hundefreundlich. Der eingezäunte Garten, welcher nochmal durch einen Weidezaun vor Wild schützt, bietet nicht nur ein gepflegten Pool, sondern hat alles was man für seine Bedürfnisse braucht. Es sind ausreichend verschiedene Sitz-/Liegemöglichkeiten und eine Grillecke mit eigenem Waschbecken vorhanden. Allgemein ist der Garten am Abend mit seiner Beleuchtung, dem See im Hintergrund und den Glühwürmchen ein absolutes Traumambiente. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und hochwertig eingerichtet. Es ist alles an Geschirr und Gewürzen vorhanden, sodass man nur Lebensmittel einkaufen muss. Wer diese Unterkunft bucht, wird es nicht bereuen.

We hebben een geweldige week gehad in het huis van Silvia. Vanaf het eerste moment voelden we ons echt thuis. Het uitzicht vanuit het huis op het meer is schitterend en de zonsondergangen zijn magisch. Het huis zelf is oprecht van alle gemakken voorzien. De bedden liggen heerlijk, de badkamers zijn perfect en de keuken is zeer uitgebreid. Verder valt ook op dat alles echt super schoon en netjes is. Er is veel tijd en moeite in gestoken om alles perfect te hebben. De omgeving is natuurlijk schitterend. Je hebt het prachtige meer in je achtertuin, maar je zit ook zo in Toscane. Er is dus meer dan genoeg te zien en doen. Silvia is verder een ontzettend fijne en aardige host. De communicatie verloopt heel prettig en snel en ze stuurt voor je aankomst al een hele uitgebreide uitleg en tips. En als er vragen tussendoor zijn staat ze direct voor je klaar. We hopen ooit nog een keer terug te komen.

Fantastische locatie in het laatste dorpje voordat je echt de bergen in gaat! En toch is de bewoonde wereld en de supermarkt nog geen 10 minuten rijden. Het huis was voor ons tweetjes ruim genoeg, eigenzinnig ingericht en comfortabel. Michele is een toffe host die op een aangename manier in de buurt is en rustig communiceert. We kregen verse eitjes en visstoof van hem en hij heeft ons een paar goeie tips over de omgeving gegeven. We hebben de jacuzzi niet gebruikt, maar de yoga-studio wel. Ook de dorpsbewoners - en dat zijn er niet veel - waren heel vriendelijk.

La verdad es que las fotos no le hacen justicia, la casa es mucho mejor de lo que se ve en las fotos. Todo es muy cómodo, las camas son de muy buena calidad, el baño es muy grande y limpio, la sala de tv es super entretenida y la cocina es una locura, es lo mejor de la casa, para mi que soy chef, fue muy util porque tiene todas las herramientas que necesites. La casa es muy grande y está muy bien dotada, Cortona es un joya, para nosotros el mejor pueblito de la Toscana. 1000% recomendada esta casa.

We used Roberta’s place to explore the beautiful hill-top villages of Umbria & it was great to have such a comfortable apartment to come back to every day. Although you do need a car to maximise your trip, we did walk to the local winery & also caught the bus for a day trip to Perugia. The swimming pool was fantastic & we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Roberta is a friendly & communicative host, yet very much respected our privacy as well.

Incredible trip. Paola and Michele were so friendly and welcoming. Always there to give advice and make sure you had everything you needed. The little converted hay barn was just beautiful and lovely. Location wise it just couldn’t be beaten. The garden was amazing and we ate outside morning and night, easy access to amazing Tuscany countryside and also a short trip on the train to Florence from Montevarchi. Loved every minute we were there and we were sorry to leave. Would highly recommend.

I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how clean and well-maintained the place was. The interior was beautifully preserved, with every detail reflecting the character and charm and coziness of the region, while the exterior was equally delightful, surrounded by scenic views of the olive farm. The highlight of my stay, however is the animals.The three dogs were the perfect companions; they were so friendly and loving that it felt like they were my own. The resident cat added an extra layer of warmth to the experience, making the entire stay feel truly special. The surroundings of the olive farm provided a peaceful atmosphere that was perfect for relaxation. I spent my days soaking in the beauty of the landscape.

Giacomo is above and beyond the perfect host, and his apartment was exquisite. It was spacious, beautifully designed, had absolutely everything a visitor could need, and It was immaculate. The location could not have been better. It was just a few minutes walk to the Centro Storico with great restaurants and a phenomenal art museum. We loved Viale Indipendenza, and both in the morning and at night we stood there and looked out over Perugia and to the mountains. The sunsets were exquisite. Thank you, Giacomo, for every way you helped us have a great first visit to Perugia.

Excelente alojamiento! me hospede 4 días y tuve todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Es tal cual las fotos, estaba impecable y en una zona tranquila pero cerca del centro. Me preocupaba el ruido para descansar por los comentario, pero no me pareció para nada ruidoso. Sin dudas volvería!

What an incredible stay!! 10/10. We traveled all over Tuscany for 2 weeks and this stay ranks right up there at the top. From the communication and ease of getting to the apartment to the beautiful old history of the building and town. Just wow!
