This was a really lovely airbnb stay. The home is on a tiny pedestrian square in a quiet town with beautiful views nearby of the surrounding countryside. A great perk to have the local swimming pool available to use on hot days.

Incredible trip. Paola and Michele were so friendly and welcoming. Always there to give advice and make sure you had everything you needed. The little converted hay barn was just beautiful and lovely. Location wise it just couldn’t be beaten. The garden was amazing and we ate outside morning and night, easy access to amazing Tuscany countryside and also a short trip on the train to Florence from Montevarchi. Loved every minute we were there and we were sorry to leave. Would highly recommend.

We just checked out of this wonderful villa today, and it has truly been one of the most special places we’ve ever stayed. We arrived with my husband’s parents, my husband, and our toddler, and from the moment we got there, everything exceeded our expectations. Alex greeted us warmly, gave us a tour of the villa and the property, and provided detailed printed information about nearby restaurants, supermarkets, cafés, bakeries, and wine tours. The property also produces its own wine, which was available for purchase and could be conveniently delivered to our villa during our stay. Alex shared his contact number and made himself available in case we needed anything—which we really appreciated. One of the highlights of the property was the stunning infinity pool overlooking the vineyard and offering breathtaking views. It was the perfect setting to disconnect and truly live in the moment. The air conditioning and hot water worked perfectly. Thank you Alex!

Had a super 8 night stay here. Paola, the host, is everything you can hope for from an Airbnb host. Super communicative, welcoming and helpful. Her and her husband helped me with a medical issue, which was so kind and appreciated. Wow! Just wow! The apartment is quiet and I slept good at night. It has every amenity that I needed. It is clean and in a safe location. They really put love and attention into this place and it shows. Highly recommended.

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

this place is really a hidden gem. it's on the top of a mountain, very private, very quiet. the house itself is very clean, very well equiped and even better then in the pictures. if you are looking for rest, peace and quiet, go there. the pool, the garden, the terasses, are perfect. Also valentina and family are extremely friendly and fast to help with anything. would definitly recomend

Do not hesitate to book this well cared for Villa. It’s just as shown in the pictures. We felt very much at home here at this slice of paradise. The Mom & Dad work VERY hard to make the place sparkle and make guests feel very much at home. Would LOVE to visit again and see Nonna & Nonno. Dinner with Nonna cooking is a must. Charming town and perfect place to use as home base for day trips. Can’t think of one negative comment. Perfect place, location, hosts & vacation spot 🇮🇹🍝🍕🍷❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The apartment is very interesting as decoration, at the end of the old town with beautiful and peasful panorama. Everything is clean and tidy. Walking distance from the center, good restaurants in the vicinity. Host was very responsive and helpful with local advice.

Antonella, Andreas and not to forget Lullu are perfect and so relaxed hosts. They sweetened our mornings with fresh bread, croissants & coffee. The apartment is well equipped and of high quality. We felt very comfortable right away. The garden invites you to linger and is particularly well maintained. Thank you for this special stay!

Our stay at Piero’s home was the highlight of our family’s three week Italy trip! It is one of the most beautiful homes we have stayed at and the spectacular vineyards, gardens, and pool really added something special. We plan to definitely return/stay again! Stefania was super nice to wait for us despite we were later for 3 hours. Her house was very beautiful and lots of space for 10 of us. Everyone can have their own space on the balcony or terrace. Can have BBQ too. House was very well equipped with everything that we expected. Had a wonderful time. Thank you.

What a wonderful stay. Perfect house for a family holiday with plenty of space for everyone. The house is beautiful and the beds all king size and comfy. The outdoor space and pool are perfect for relaxing after exploring the local area. Within easy reach of exploring the Tuscan gems of Siena and Montipluciano as well as lesser known villages such as spectacular Montone. Alessandro was so responsive and helpful providing recommendations for wine tours and a local chef. The local restaurant Mimmi is not to be missed - authentic home cooked food that was one of the best meals we ate - and the bar was set high. Thank you Alessandro for a wonderful and memorable stay.

The accommodation and especially the garden looks even more beautiful in real life than in the pictures! The location is really beautiful, it is absolutely quiet and you have a breathtaking view of the Tuscan countryside. Perfect for relaxing and enjoying. The hostess was also super friendly, helpful and warm! We will definitely come back:-)

We have stayed at a fair number of AirBnBs in some beautiful places. This was (by far) the best and most beautiful of them all. Our stay here was part of a four AirBnB trip (Rome, Amalfi, Tuscany, and Venice). This place is incredibly scenic, quiet, tranquil, and the unit itself has an old farmhouse/vineyard kind of vibe. But in spite of its age, it is well maintained and comfortable… supplying everything you need. After touring the area during the day, we (two couples) would come back in the late afternoon, and put together a charcuterie board and sit outside drinking wine, and playing cards until it was too dark to see the cards. The hosts (staff and owner) were so kind, friendly, and approachable. Simply put, this was THE BEST STAY EVER!

We loved staying at Lorenzo’s house, it was very quiet and peaceful location, but still, easy to access. The area is beautiful - we keep coming back here

This was a truly authentic experience. Our host was so responsive and attentive to our needs. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and olive oil. And the passion our host has for his property is inspiring. We felt so welcomed and really enjoyed our stay. We truly felt like family! This region of Italy is particularly beautiful and the town of Cortona was charming.

I cannot say enough about our trip to Martino’s villa. What a lovely villa in the cute town of San Casciano dei Bagni. We had a great family vacation, enjoying some of the smaller towns and a visit to Montepulciano . We enjoyed Eleanor’s cooking for us two nights- what an amazing chef! Martino was very responsive and helpful when we needed something. I hope we can return one day!

Beautiful place, everything ready with refreshments, accommodation quiet and clean ... Air conditioning functional, but almost not needed, because it was a beautiful classic Tuscan accommodation, where we definitely were not the last

The villa is the most beautiful place we stayed at during our 20 day trip through Europe. It’s a bit on a splurge in price but very much worth it. The views from the villa of the pool and the lake are breathtaking. The house is very beautiful, everything was functioning properly and the kitchen is great to cook in. We stayed in and cooked dinner one night and it was great. We also took advantage of the Complimentary olive oil tasting that is included with the stay and that was also of fun. Our guide said was so knowledgeable! I can’t say enough good things about this place. It was a much needed break during our busy vacation.

Nothing but positive things to say about our beautiful stay at Susan and Salvatore’s slice of heaven. The most stunning panoramic views of the lake and countryside. Something straight out of Pinterest or a magazine :) They were always super responsive and more than happy to help with local recommendations. It’s a great base to explore Umbria and Tuscany by car as it’s basically on the border to both. We would go back in a heartbeat. Thanks again for a beautiful stay :)

A very peaceful retreat in a beautiful garden with lots of private places to sit or eat and an extended view over the valley towards Arezzo and mountains beyond. Caroline was helpful but did not intrude. The cottage has an authentic Tuscan style and furniture to match and although quite dark there are big windows looking out onto the garden and view. We enjoyed using the private pool and exploring the local area as well as a National Park to the north (lovely beech forest) and Siena. The TV isn’t ‘smart’ and there is no dishwasher but this is reflected in the price (however there’s a large book collection including lots of guidebooks). It was a very relaxing stay for us, thank you.

I won't soon forget the wonderful view from the terrace and the infinite tranquility - a really nice stay. My dog really enjoyed the large property where she could move freely. The house was very clean and functionally furnished. The pool was great, too. Overall, we felt very comfortable. Communication with Valentina or Valentin's husband was very straightforward. I was impressed by the speed of the response: when there was a problem in the bathroom, I had just sent the message, he was already standing in front of me and fixed the problem. If you are looking for peace, a magnificent view and a great environment with very nice landlords, this is the place to be!!

We stayed here over the Christmas holidays and enjoyed our stay, the large living and dining area is very cozy and the fireplace has created a wonderful winter atmosphere. The amenities of the bathrooms, the rooms and the kitchen are wonderful, modern and stylish. The house is ideal for larger groups, with no one having to give up a retreat. The location is very quiet and the view of the surrounding hills magnificent. At the same time, the house is strategically located and within an hour you will find great excursion destinations (Perugia, Assisi, Todi, Montepulciano...). Our host was always available and we were warmly welcomed. We will be happy to come back!
