We really enjoyed our stay here! The place was very clean and well-kept, which made it feel comfortable right away. The host was responsive and shared some great local recommendations that helped us make the most of our visit. The location is peaceful and relaxing, yet still conveniently close to beautiful cities like Perugia, Assisi, and Spello. A great spot for exploring the region while enjoying some quiet time.

Andrea was the perfect host and very helpful welcoming and generous . The place was even better than the photos. We loved it and it was really spacious. The 2 bathrooms are connect sound wise which one might Kline to know depending on familiarity of the co guest. It's nicely decorated and i a peaceful village . All perfect!

Staying here was like feeling at home! From the first moment, the Host, Giovanni, was always clear and helpful, giving us local recommendations on what to see, where to go and on local food. Always ready to respond to any need and to make sure everything is going well. The house is a gem. Clean, tidy, with a quiet location and a nice balcony. The apartment is a short walk (3/4 minutes) from the train station and several bus stops to get around Umbria. The Umbria Link, the bus that connects the airport with the station and vice versa, also stops there. Unbeatable location! In S. Maria degli Angeli, there are many restaurants to try! Ah, right under the apartment building there is a great bar and a supermarket! Everything super recommended!! I hope to come back! Thank you for everything!

Agnese’s place is comfortable, spotless, and beautiful. She is one of the kindest, responsive hosts, if not the best. The place is close to all spiritual places in Assisi and surrounded by beautiful landscapes. We are looking forward to coming back some day.

Great location for exploring the surrounding villages. With magnificent views across the valley with Assisi Spello Trevi and many other places in the background. The apartment is very nicely divided and furnished and a really pleasant rest to relax after the excursions. If we stay in Umbria again, it will certainly be our accommodation again.

Everything about our stay was superb. The host was kind, responsive, and made both check-in and check-out effortless. The apartment was easy to find and ideally located for exploring Umbria. The internet was fast, and essential amenities—including a grocery store and a cozy bar serving coffee and pastries—were just a short walk away. The neighborhood is peaceful and relaxed, with a lovely view of Assisi from the balcony. We truly had nothing to complain about—this is a place we’d happily return to for both short and long stays. A tip for visiting Assisi: take the local bus from the nearby train station—it’s just a few minutes’ walk. For dining in Santa Maria degli Angeli, we recommend: La Bella Trattoria degli Angeli (homemade food with a relaxed, authentic vibe) and La Pregiutteria Casa Norcia (a more refined experience with excellent atmosphere and flavors). This Airbnb is highly recommended!

It is such a glorious place. We were stunned, and so happy and calm for the three days we had there. The landscape around the house, and the waterfall, was breathtaking. Thank you Ella and all the family!

Roberto is an excellent host. He accompanies you quietly and discreetly throughout the stay and is always available to answer questions. The kitchen equipment exceeds all expectations and prepares you for a nice start and stay. Gladly again and highly recommended.

Daniela was a perfect host providing great ingormation and answering all our questions. Nazareno our onsite host was equally accomodating and was available at all times to answer questions offer advice and became more like a friend, along with his cannine friend Kira. Me and my husband loved staying at Damianos place . We end it up extending our stay and they were very easy to extend and let us also stay one day without paying . You have everything you need , extra pillows , covers, sheets . Damiano and Lisa are very easy to communicate for anything you need . The only down side is that sometimes you can hear the neighbors or they can hear you but that’s no one’s fault , it’s just how the building is . You have parking for your car . I only have great things to say about Damianos place , if I am in Perugia again I would definitely stay there again .

Our stay in Spello was truly unforgettable. The apartment overlooks the charming piazza kennedy, and we were lucky to be there during the stunning Infiorata festival—watching the intricate floral carpets being created right below our balcony was an absolute dream. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with air conditioning, which made it a perfect retreat whether the weather was warm or cool. A special thank you to our host, Ferruccio, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. He even picked us up at the Spello station due to the heat, which was so thoughtful and much appreciated. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommended!

very nice flat exactly as described, spacious, very clean and well equipped. There was a certain amount of noise from the streets at night which meant I wasn't able to leave the windows open when sleeping but closed there was no problem. All in all I would happily come back

Nicola and Stefano's place was a real highlight. The apartment, building and surrounds are stunning and the pool was such a lovely retreat at the end of the day exploring. We were met at the bottom of the hill and shown how to access the property and everything is as is shown in the photos. The location is close to so many beautiful towns, restaurants and other activities you could easily stay for much longer. The hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with and provided recommendations for food and activities when we asked. The apartment had everything needed for our little family to cook and live for a week, all the rooms have fans for the heat. We absolutely loved it. Thank you for having us.

Had a super 8 night stay here. Paola, the host, is everything you can hope for from an Airbnb host. Super communicative, welcoming and helpful. Her and her husband helped me with a medical issue, which was so kind and appreciated. Wow! Just wow! The apartment is quiet and I slept good at night. It has every amenity that I needed. It is clean and in a safe location. They really put love and attention into this place and it shows. Highly recommended.

Our stay was really magical! Of course, the ambience is wonderful, it is very quiet there and it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the restaurants in Montone, but we wanted it exactly like that! The pool, the view - really everything was fantastic! And our great hosts are simply outstanding! They were always there to help, gave us great recommendations for the area and even organized and translated a truffle hike for us! We are incredibly grateful to have been able to stay in this gem and get to know this wonderful and loving family! Thanks for everything 😊

We stayed at this place for a few days and had a great time! The apartment is spacious, clean and perfectly as described: ideal for 4 or 5 people, thanks also to the presence of two bathrooms, both equipped with a shower, which make the stay even more comfortable. The host was extremely helpful and friendly - we had a small issue with the hairdryer and he replaced it immediately, showing great attention and kindness. The flexibility in check-in and check-out times was also very much appreciated, which allowed us to organize the trip in the best way. Highly recommended!

Being in the countryside, the presence of insects is normal, but some ants from the beams reached the bed covers. Otherwise, the apartment is very nice. Well-stocked kitchen area and cupboard with everything you need to cook. From this area it is very convenient to reach different places in the surroundings to visit them, it is recommended to shop in larger towns before arrival, especially if the stay is during holidays. The surroundings of the accommodation are very quiet, the noises come almost exclusively from the birds on the trees around the villa.
