Waterfront vacation rentals in Pašman

I couldn't have had better hosts, so communicative responsive to all comms. The apartment has to be in one of if not the best location in Old town, great views always something going on outside in the square, being on the 4th floor meant you got a lovely breeze in the late afternoon. Ivica and Katrina also add some lovely personal touches, toiletries to get us started, coffee, tea and who doesn't like a bowl of fruit and another of sweets! The apartment had everything you could ask for. They also helped us to organise transport to and from the airport, there were guide maps as well. So pleased we chose them and their appartment, we will be back.

Jadranka was one of the best Airbnb hosts I ever met - she provided all the provisions (tea-coffee-oil-towels- even sun screen was available for us to use. The apartment was spotless and across the road from the sea- also about 15 min walk to the old town. Any questions we asked were responded to immediately - I would recommend staying here very highly. Very spacious, lovely apartment! Has all the basics for cooking and is super clean and comfortable. You pretty much can't get a nicer central spot between the ocean, the sea organ, and the old city, it was really perfect. Marin also gives great instructions and answered any and all questions we had within record time :D

Apartment was super furnished with everything you need. Comfortable beds. Great location - nice walk along the beach to the old town. Drazen personally welcomed us and responded quickly. Highly recommend!

Extra friendly Elza gave extra recommendations for visiting locations in Zadar and its surroundings. Beautifully landscaped around the apartment, quiet and pleasant. The apartment is as in the pictures, super clean, has everything you need. Extra super, I recommend it to everyone

Perfect tranquil spot in nature. Stunning. Well equipped house, gorgeous outdoor space and garden - olive groves, beach, jetty, eating area. Close to a sandy beach if that’s your thing. The road from Tkon to the house is paved which is great. Stock up in Tkon with food and supplies - recommend cooking fresh local fish on the grill. Mmmmm!

Danijela was the best host we could ask for, she provided everything and more (big hvala again for the welcome drinks and the pancakes!!!), there were sampoo, sunscreen, shower gel, and more in the bathroom The place itself was clean, has great location, close to the beach (3 mins), and the old town (~20 mins by foot), the outdoor space and the kitchen is convenient, and a big big plus: the AC!!

I had a wonderful 3-day stay at this apartment in Zadar. The highlight was the private and peaceful location near the sea—absolutely perfect for relaxing. The view of the sea from the bedroom was stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset. Though it’s around 8 km from the city center, the quiet atmosphere and scenic surroundings more than make up for it. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and just steps away from the beach. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a serene coastal getaway. Hope to return someday!

Had a great and relaxing holiday at Seahouse Veronika. The privacy and direct sea access made for easy snorkelling and paddleboarding. Stipe and Tomislav (and Stefan - Tomislav's brother) were really helpful.

The house of Bruna in Vinisce impresses with its charm of the location, the view, the grandiose furnishings, which is incredibly stylish and individual. A place to slow down and switch off all daily topics. With a little luck, Adriadelphine can be seen swimming through the bay. We thank Bruna for all the amenities we were allowed to experience.

We were there with a group of 10 people. Everything worked out great and the owners are very nice.

Antón welcomed us very well, explained how the house works and gave us tips on what to visit in the surroundings. Always willing and friendly. - We live quiet and delicious days in this house. I want to draw attention to the kitchen on the balcony: I loved cooking there, overlooking the sea. - As we were looking for peace and privacy, we got it right. We chose rest days, but also to visit more touristy cities: we visited Split 2x while staying at the house (about 1 hour drive). Definitely one of the best experiences for us on Airbnb❤️.

This is a fantastic modern apartment in an older building, and the location and view were excellent. The apartment feels recently renovated and the pictures in the listing capture it perfectly! We were very comfortable and appreciated the amenities like air conditioning, a washer, and coffee maker with coffee provided. It was only 10 minutes or so to Old Town, and parking wasn’t too hard to find.

A beautiful, restful place to stay in Zadar. Close to all amenities and great restaurants. Very easy to get around. The apartment is immaculate. The bed was nicely firm, fluffy towels, everything you may need was there. The hosts really stood for us. Lovely couple, who enjoy what they do.

I'm traveling back very happy - my little vacation in Zaglav at Petra's was perfect. Petra is a super sweet person who gave me helpful tips about the ferry beforehand. Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.
