Balay Sa Air truly exceeded all my expectations during my week-long stay. The location is incredibly convenient, yet it's a peaceful, beautifully themed retreat. The fast Wi-Fi, full kitchen, washing machine, and iron made my extended stay effortless. I especially appreciated that everything had clear guides on how to use it, and the projector with Netflix and balcony hammock were fantastic touches. Ma'am Dione was always there to answer queries promptly, and when I accidentally broke something, maintenance fixed it quickly – impressive service recovery! This really showed their commitment to guest satisfaction. It genuinely felt like a cozy, thoughtful home. For business travelers or anyone wanting a fully equipped, modern, and stylish base in Manila for an extended period, this is absolutely the best choice. I will definitely be going back! The place is exactly like the pictures! Bright, clean, homey, and smells good! The host is very proactive, got a number of update messages days before the check in. One thing to emphasize is - perfect shower enclosure! It is the first condo unit airbnb that I've booked that water from the shower won't flood the toilet and lavatory floor area! The floor stayed dry from first to last day. Also, the extra touch of hygiene kit and green tea & coffee is very much appreciated! Loved the stay! This is my new top 1 airbnb fave 🤘

Had a great stay! Host was very responsive and helpful! The place was SPOTLESS and smelled really nice! Literally so clean from the floor to the ceiling! Sheets looked new as well. My wife loved the pillow options they had in the bedroom as well which were 2 firmer options and 2 softer options. They gave us an amazing parking which was conveniently next to the elevator to get to the room. :) Highly Recommended!

The host was very accommodating, always replying fast and nicely to us :> Instructions from check in to check out were given properly in advance. The place was better than expected! It's nice that it's near the playground and convenient store. It's fairly clean and spacious. Both ACs make the whole unit cold. The sala, kitchen, and bedrooms were clean (complete with pillows, blankets and towels) (only lacked condiments but it's not that big of a deal). The bathroom was clean but needed some air freshener. Overall, my family and I had a great stay. Big thanks to the host!

Lovely reader's I was coming the first time to Manila and I am glad that I have seen QC it is interesting there and you can find a place for winding down. Glyza is kind and helped me a lot as I mentioned above it was my first time in the Philipines and she supported me a lot :D The flat is amazing you have a balcony and a interesting view from there. Kamlon was the answer to our prayer at that time of need. We had issue on our previous place of stay that we need to book another place. Kamlon responded quickly and offered to pick us and drop off to his unit. My husband has a challenge of walking due to recent hip surgery, Kamlon made it smoothly possible with our transport. He even let us checked out late as our flight is almost at midnight. WiFi is very strong, the place is just walking distance from uptown mall and close range for almost everything. Thank you very much for being such a kindhearted person! We will definitely use your place in our next visit to the Philippines-My husband said, “Salamat Po!”

We had a great stay! The room is really nice and clean, not overly decorated, our agenda there is near the building which is good, the host is also very responsive. Overall it is 8.5/10 experience!

Highly, highly recommend! My partner and I stayed at Amer’s unit for 3 months and it had everything we needed for a long-term stay. The unit itself was modern, clean, and comfortable. The bed was especially cozy, and the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking meals at home. It even has a PS4, which kept us entertained on many nights. We also really loved the balcony, which had a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying the view of Manila. The building was convenient, with a water refill station, a self-service laundromat, a convenience store, and even a café and restaurant. The location was perfect. It’s close to BGC, Megamall, and LRT. It was easy to book a Grab or catch a tricycle right outside the building. Amer was an amazing and considerate host. He always responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had, and thoughtful enough to provide complimentary snacks and a universal socket since he knew I was visiting from abroad. This place is a gem. Definitely would stay again!

We had a pleasant stay at this place. The unit was spotless and had a lot of amenities available to use, it truly felt like home where you can cook and wash your laundry. Good wifi and free Netflix too if you get bored. As for noise and surrounding, its a pretty peaceful neighborhood. Besides the occational train passing by during the day, it pretty quiet. You can have a peaceful sleep. The location was great too, just a walking distance from the train station and other public transportation options. There's a convenience store at the ground floor and another 7eleven just around the block, its nearby plenty of places to eat too—local diners, fast food chains or street snacks, take your pick. Check-in & out process was smooth too, the host is very responsive as well and they even allowed us to check in an hour earlier since we arrived earlier than expected. Definitely would stay again in the future.

Overall, it was a great experience. I just wish there had been garbage bags available in the unit, especially for long stays.

We stayed at this place before leaving from our long vacation in the Philippines. We really enjoyed every single bit of it. Host is very responsive, staffs are very friendly too! The master is huge and the bathroom! The host also provide air mattresses for extra beddings. The unit is really close to pool access. Kitchen is equipped with a lot of cooking and dining utensils. You’ve got everything you need here! Stores and restaurants are just outside the place ! We are very comfortable inside the house. We will definitely come back and stay again ! This is one of our family’s favorite condo we visited so far. Kudos to the host!
