Great stay! I really liked the location! The building was walking distance to a lot of my favorite spots in Makati

The room was well maintained, inviting and matched the description perfectly. The location was convenient making it easy to explore the surrounding areas like MOA and Ayala mall. I highly recommend this accommodation for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

Balay Sa Air truly exceeded all my expectations during my week-long stay. The location is incredibly convenient, yet it's a peaceful, beautifully themed retreat. The fast Wi-Fi, full kitchen, washing machine, and iron made my extended stay effortless. I especially appreciated that everything had clear guides on how to use it, and the projector with Netflix and balcony hammock were fantastic touches. Ma'am Dione was always there to answer queries promptly, and when I accidentally broke something, maintenance fixed it quickly – impressive service recovery! This really showed their commitment to guest satisfaction. It genuinely felt like a cozy, thoughtful home. For business travelers or anyone wanting a fully equipped, modern, and stylish base in Manila for an extended period, this is absolutely the best choice. I will definitely be going back! 最高の滞在でした。古いコンドミニアムなのに、清潔で、下水などの匂いがしないコンドミニアムはレガスピエリアではは珍しいです。冷蔵庫に水の用意をしていただいた気遣いは、なかなかこの国で体験できないものでした。また、間接照明がおしゃれに設定されており、夜寝る時も全く違和感なく、順番に電気を消して、眠りに就くことができました。シャワールームもトイレとの仕切りがしっかりしており、通常はシャワー室とトイレが一体で水浸しになるところが、シャワー室の水が漏れることが無かったです。 あえて、改善点をいえば、 １．リビングルームにもごみ箱が欲しかったです ２．水以外の飲み物が有料でも置いてあると、より特別感を感じました。 ３．キッチンの電気機器が普通だったので、コンドミニアム全体の雰囲気からすると、もう少し、電気機器に拘っても良いと思います。

ดี เดินทางสะดวก ใกล้ห้างสรรพสินค้า มีความปลอดภัย ดเงียบสงบ ภายในห้องสะอาด แต่ติดตรงห้องน้ำค่อนข้างเล็กถ้าคุณตัวใหญ่ อาจลำบากนิดหน่อย รวมถึงฉันหาไดร์เป่าผมไม่เจอ ไม่ทราบว่ามีมั้ย แต่โดยรวมคือดี คุ้มราคา

Had a great stay! Host was very responsive and helpful! The place was SPOTLESS and smelled really nice! Literally so clean from the floor to the ceiling! Sheets looked new as well. My wife loved the pillow options they had in the bedroom as well which were 2 firmer options and 2 softer options. They gave us an amazing parking which was conveniently next to the elevator to get to the room. :) Highly Recommended!

The host was very accommodating, always replying fast and nicely to us :> Instructions from check in to check out were given properly in advance. The place was better than expected! It's nice that it's near the playground and convenient store. It's fairly clean and spacious. Both ACs make the whole unit cold. The sala, kitchen, and bedrooms were clean (complete with pillows, blankets and towels) (only lacked condiments but it's not that big of a deal). The bathroom was clean but needed some air freshener. Overall, my family and I had a great stay. Big thanks to the host!

This place was next-level awesome. I’m convinced the host has a secret superhero power for making things spotless and cozy, honestly, I half expected a butler to appear! Every little detail was so perfect, it felt like the place was giving us a warm hug. 💯 The host, Thina! was basically a texting ninja,😂 fast replies, super helpful, and zero “ghosting” drama. Made the whole stay smooth as butter. If you’re looking for a peaceful hideout that’s close enough to civilization (and coffee), this spot’s a total winner.✨ We’re already plotting our next visit, maybe this time I’ll try not to hog the couch bed! 😂

Kamlon was the answer to our prayer at that time of need. We had issue on our previous place of stay that we need to book another place. Kamlon responded quickly and offered to pick us and drop off to his unit. My husband has a challenge of walking due to recent hip surgery, Kamlon made it smoothly possible with our transport. He even let us checked out late as our flight is almost at midnight. WiFi is very strong, the place is just walking distance from uptown mall and close range for almost everything. Thank you very much for being such a kindhearted person! We will definitely use your place in our next visit to the Philippines-My husband said, “Salamat Po!”

We had a great stay! The room is really nice and clean, not overly decorated, our agenda there is near the building which is good, the host is also very responsive. Overall it is 8.5/10 experience!

Me and my friends had a great stay at Laurice’s place. The host communicated well with us and gave us clear instructions. We had no problems with the check in instructions. The place is the same as the listing pictures and walking distance to Mall of Asia. Thank you 🥰✨

We had a great stay! The room was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. We loved the cozy vibe—especially the little touches like the guitar, books, and comfy bath robes. It felt homey and thoughtfully put together. We weren’t able to get the smart mirror to work (lol), but everything else was perfect. Would definitely book again and recommend this place! 🥰

Ben’s place was such a great find—clean, cozy, and great value for the price. Communication was smooth from the start. Kathleen shared the check-in details clearly, and when I asked if I could drop off my bags early, they kindly offered to let me leave them with the cleaning staff around noon. On the day of my stay, Ben even messaged to say I could check in early at no extra cost—which was a huge help since I had an appointment in Makati and was worried where I could leave my backpack. The unit was spotless, the bed super comfy, and the linens and towels smelled fresh. The kitchen had all the basics if you wanted to cook. It honestly felt like a mini boutique stay. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place in Makati.

Overall, it was a great experience. I just wish there had been garbage bags available in the unit, especially for long stays.

Hosts are very responsive and I must say, they are dedicated. I am glad to have stayed at their unit. It was clean and smelled really fresh. I was able to take good care of my husband coz the unit was perfect for us. Hope they host us again. I appreciate also that they have complete and working appliances. ❤️ kudos to the team! will book again for my next stay. highly recommended!!!
