Climate-smart little cabin

Between Nybro and Kalmar is our little cottage. It is newly renovated, simple standard with outdoor toilet (Separett). The kitchen is well-equipped with kitchen accessories and wood-fired stove as well as fridge. In the garden, there is garden furniture and a barbecue, an outdoor shower where you can shower under the bare sky. The cabin is provided with solar cells that provide limited but enough electricity e.g. refrigerator and lighting. The cottage is not suitable for families with children/disabled due to the sleeping loft with a steep staircase.

Rural cottage in the host's large garden with 5 beds. Please bring your own linen, towels and food. Guests clean themselves. 20 km to Kalmar, 2 km to Vitasand beach and playground. Airy and rustic with old beamed ceilings, renovated in 2021. Family friendly, dining area inside and out with your own barbecue. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, etc. Washing machine in the bathroom, drying rack inside, washing line outside. Wood-burning stove and fire pit with free access to wood. Free parking directly in front of the door on the gravel walkway.

Charming newly built house of 35m² with modern decor on large plot where you can relax by a fire next to the river. In the cottage there is room for 4 people - a bedroom with a king size bed and a sleeping loft with a double bed. Fully equipped kitchen and nice bathroom with underfloor heating. In the living room there is both TV and fireplace. Air heat pump that provides extra heat or works as AC on warm summer days. Welcome!

The idyllic Revsudden is 10 minutes by car, Kalmar (Sweden Summer City 2015 and 2016) 15 minutes and Öland 25 minutes. Boat with electric outboard motor (0,5 HP) and oars included april-october.

Here is a simple lifestyle: the food is cooked over an open fire or in the outdoor kitchen, drinking water is collected from the pump house, which is bathed outdoors or in the lake and toilet visits are done on luxury das. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in the cottage.

Open plan with living room, kitchen and dining table with room for eight. 1 bedroom with 180cm double bed. Sleeping loft with mattresses is available, if more beds are needed. Bed linen and towels are included.

Fresh apartment in the countryside in Hagbyhamn, 20 km south of Kalmar in a tranquil environment in the countryside. Walking distance, 500 meters to the jetty, 1,5 km to the sandy beach. Near Möreleden, 15 km long nice walk along the coast. 6 km to Hagby church, one of Sverie's five round churches.
