Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating dock with bathing ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here at Airbnb. Fishing included. Scheduled lax. A fish is included in the rental rental then SEK 130/ lax. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely aside, large opening out to the terrace. Level 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wifi, apple tv.

Uninsulated cottage 30 km from Kalmar. You can relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation. 1.5 km from Påryd where there is a shop , restaurant , outdoor swimming pool with pools and a large newly built playground . 1.8 km away is the owl nest lake. Fishing licenses can be purchased at ICA in Påryd. Several bathing areas in the immediate area. Since the cottage is uninsulated there are: Sleeps 5 April-October 3 beds October - April. Sheets and shower towels are brought by the guest but otherwise there are duvets, pillows and small towels.

Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, etc. Washing machine in the bathroom, drying rack inside, washing line outside. Wood-burning stove and fire pit with free access to wood. Free parking directly in front of the door on the gravel walkway.

In the cottage there is room for 4 people - a bedroom with a king size bed and a sleeping loft with a double bed. Fully equipped kitchen and nice bathroom with underfloor heating. In the living room there is both TV and fireplace. Air heat pump that provides extra heat or works as AC on warm summer days. Welcome!

Charging of an electric car is not included. 5 minutes to popular swimming area (lake). 20 minutes to the sea. 35 minutes to Karlskrona and 45 minutes to Kalmar.

What an amazing night we have spent in the tent! The environment is so peaceful and quiet, sleeping by the stars and listening to the (wild)life out there has been such a nice experience. The beds are super confortable and the tent is perfectly equipped. The kids (and grown ups) have really enjoyed it! It is also a very nice place to explore with lots of activities and great places to discover. Would highly recommend!

A typical Swedish red mini house, but furnished with taste and with all the comforts kitchen, bathroom and very comfortable bed. A small, cozy cabin in Julia's garden, overlooking the fields. There is also a nice terrace but unfortunately we couldn't enjoy it because it was too windy. Very discreet hosts, which is nice (but friendly and gives all the information).

I had three boys aged 16-21 at the end of May. The place was like a dream. We arrived at night, and the lake lay there, large, mighty and mysterious in the dark. We were lucky with the weather and enjoyed four days fully with SUP boards, boat, swimming, sauna, walks around the lake, campfire and relaxation. Really cool to have it all to yourself. - The eldest son had to have the annex/cabin to himself! We dream of coming back in the middle of winter and ice fishing🎣, winter swimming 🥶 and then sauna🥵!!
