Vacation rentals with a patio in Parry Sound District

Chris was an amazing host! Greeted me with a home cooked meal since there was no hydro due to the ice storm. Chris made sure I had everything I needed to make my stay for work as comfortable as possible. I would not hesitate to return to this Airbnb. Thanks Chris!

The place was like the description and the host was very accommodating. Great spot to bring your dogs if you have them. The spacious apartment had everything you needed. Would stay here again!

Our stay at Our Place Up North was lovely--quiet--and peaceful. We found the unit filled with excellent things needed for a time away--from the kitchen, to the living/sitting area, bedroom and bathroom. We enjoyed the fireplace and comfortable seating. Debbie is a thoughtful host and communicated well. She left some snacks and a few items to get started with, like coffee and tea. Everything was clean and beautifully arranged. I recommend Debbie as a host.

We absolutely loved staying here! It was cozy, private and extremely peaceful. The area is beautiful and the unit is amazing. Joseph and Melissa were extremely kind, responsive, helpful and accommodating. We were allowed to launch a Seadoo from their property and it was so much fun. Sitting by the fireplace and watching the stars was magical. My fiancé called it a “hidden gem”. We loved it so much and are planning on staying again!

We had a pleasant stay at Janet's place. Location was conveniently close to a number of restaurants, and winter activities that my kids enjoyed. There were a couple of issues that occurred while we were there (missing appliance and one of the showers not working), and Janet was quick to provide solutions to make our stay comfortable, and even offered us a late checkout.

We were very pleased with our accommodation. The location was good (5 minute walk to Deerhurst restaurants, 5 min drive to Huntsville). The place was very clean and matched the online description. Leah was very responsive and assisted quickly with all inquiries. Will likely return in the future.

Staying at Mine and Karen‘s place has been nothing short of amazing. The apartment is located in a peaceful setting and feels brand new, making you feel at home instantly. The host has been extremely accommodating and communicative as well. Thanks again for everything! So if you’re in the area, don’t hesitate!

Stayed at Jeff’s place for a fishing weekend. Had a great time and had everything we needed for our time spent inside. Location was close to a boat launch with easy access to lake and passage to other lakes. Jeff was nice enough to accommodate a request we had and was quick in responding. Great weekend, thanks Jeff!

We had a great stay, very beautiful area. We originally found it difficult to locate with our GPS taking us to the wrong location. However, that was our own mistake missing this detail in the listing as the hosts did mention this and described how to best locate the location. Hosts were quick to communicate with us when we got a bit mixed up in our directions. We did not realize that the Air BNB was located at a marina, but a visit in the fall was very peaceful and quiet. The fall colours were beautiful. Spacious and clean accommodations for a good price.

Clean , cozy place with all the amenities you'll need. Short walk to a public little beach. Even our Molly enjoyed exploring the fenced in yard and local trails. Cheryl R.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for two nights. Quiet and peaceful. Even though it’s located in a neighbourhood of cottages, it was still very private at this time of the year. The kitchen is well-stocked with spices, cooking oils, pots and pans. The view from the dock and the upper deck are beautiful, could stare out at the lake for hours. I’ll definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Absolutely stunning views in a nice, quiet, family oriented cottage location. Derek and Sandra were very nice, super friendly, and were so quick to respond to msgs when needed. The cottage was stocked with all basic essentials and was so clean and fresh. I would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Maya & Greg’s cottage. We spent the May long weekend here and loved the peaceful environment and beautiful surroundings. The cottage was exactly as pictured, there was lots to do, and the hosts were very friendly. Highly recommend!

A very friendly and responsive host. The instructions to get inside were clear and easy to follow. The host provided a list of amenities nearby of things to do.

A wonderful spot with every convenient considered! The espresso machine might have been the highlight of my trip. The beach is very nice and close. The king bed is a very firm spring mattress, so something to consider if that is important to you.

It was such a great experience staying at this place. Maja and Neno are great hosts - the instructions are clear and it’s easy to find the suite even when it’s dark. They also share local recommendations (there is puppy yoga!) :) the place is an amazing getaway from the busy and noisy city life. In clear days you can see so many stars in the sky from the porch. It’s also so close to Algonquin so I can totally imagine it being super busy during maple leaf seasons. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting this area. Sheila is very responsive and helpful. The bed is large with good quality mattress, 2 TVs in different rooms, kitchen is very fully equipped, balcony has great lake view and in a position with privacy. This home is the best in our experience.

We stayed here while working in Parry Sound. We stayed for almost a month. The place was great everyone was satisfied. We look forward to stay here again. When the opportunity arises.

Diana’s place was wonderful. I would 100% recommend and would stay there again very happily! It was peaceful, homey, and lovely. We stayed here with young children and it worked out great. 3 full bathrooms including two bath tubs, toiletries and towels were plentiful and very clean and everything seemed like new. The kitchen had everything we needed and much more. There was a beautiful fireplace in the main room which made the cold winter days and nights so cozy. We also loved the patio even on the cold days we were there it was so gorgeous to see it from outside. There is a mud room with benches upon entry for wet boots, coats, skates, skis etc and that was very helpful! Diana was communicative and friendly. I would 10/10 recommend! Thank you Diana for a wonderful stay and hope to come again soon!
