Vacation rentals with lake access in Parry Sound

We had a wonderful time celebrating our friend’s bachelorette. We’ll definitely have to come back one day when it’s a little warmer!

We had a great stay, very beautiful area. We originally found it difficult to locate with our GPS taking us to the wrong location. However, that was our own mistake missing this detail in the listing as the hosts did mention this and described how to best locate the location. Hosts were quick to communicate with us when we got a bit mixed up in our directions. We did not realize that the Air BNB was located at a marina, but a visit in the fall was very peaceful and quiet. The fall colours were beautiful. Spacious and clean accommodations for a good price.

Clean , cozy place with all the amenities you'll need. Short walk to a public little beach. Even our Molly enjoyed exploring the fenced in yard and local trails. Cheryl R.

Absolutely stunning views in a nice, quiet, family oriented cottage location. Derek and Sandra were very nice, super friendly, and were so quick to respond to msgs when needed. The cottage was stocked with all basic essentials and was so clean and fresh. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. One of the most amazing views I've ever had at a cottage. So many windows that can open to let the beautiful sunshine and breeze in. Fans, AC and heat allowed for perfect temperature control.

My best friend and I were looking for a place to go for a girls getaway. We both desperately needed to relax and unwind. Devon’s place was exactly what we hoped for. The hot tub and sauna were an added bonus. If you need peace, are looking to rest and relax or even go someplace close to amenities but that still feels secluded Devon’s little slice of heaven is exactly the spot you need. We will definitely be booking for a future girls trip for sure! 💗 5⭐️ place!

This is a fun place to stay, being on the river. I wish we would have had more time to take advantage of it. Phil is soooo helpful, trying to accommodate all our needs. Having two separate areas was perfect for our group! The only one sort of negative comment I have is, your couch could use an upgrade. But it still worked!!! We had a fun time there, it was a great location! Thanks so much Phil for all your hospitality!

This place is a hidden gem surrounded by meadows of trillium and woods. A perfect spring retreat after the long dreary winter.

A fabulous beach front location, within steps of a sandy and shallow waterfront. Tess and Jeff are great hosts and extremely helpful. The accommodation is super cosy and much bigger than expected. It had everything we needed and more! The kitchenette may be small but it is well stocked and we didn’t have any issues with cooking. The BBQ is a gas one and very good. We enjoyed eating outside on the large sized deck. Even though it’s shared with the owners, the privacy screen was ample. The beach was pretty quiet and made for a relaxing stay. We sadly didn’t get to witness any sunsets since it was a little cloudy, but you can see how amazing it would be! Thank you Tess and Jeff for your kind hospitality.

Carley's home was beautiful and very clean. Fully stocked kitchen with everything and anything you might need. the hot tub was very clean and private. beautiful home.

Such a beautifully decorated and well-appointed space for our last minute “mini-moon!” The apartment was spotless and had absolutely everything we needed, and then some. The thoughtful touches (robes, slippers, treats) were much appreciated. We loved the hot tub with the river view. Robert and Taurean were friendly and very responsive hosts! We would return in a heartbeat.

Matt and shauna were marvellous hosts!! they were extremely responsive and very kind! The house was perfect! Exactly as described, right by the water, for a great price! The cutest place with a full kitchen which was greatly appreciated! The weather wasn’t great but nothing a great book and even better view couldn’t fix! It made the perfect destination for our girls trip! 1000/10 recommend staying with them if you can!

Wonderful hosts with outstanding HOT homemade breakfasts! Really appreciated the extra perks of magnifier make-up mirror, house coat, lush towels, several Keurig coffee pod choices and 2 choices for my own private exterior sitting area. Level access and close parking to entrance, extra wide interior doors. MaryAnn was spot on for my food choices even including 10% cream for my morning coffee and crisp bacon. Very large space with two large bedrooms, slept like a baby and the TV included all the streaming you would want Close to Art College and short drive into town of Haliburton. It was a bit chilly for June but Gerry turned on the propane fireplace then all was cozy. Book it - you won't be disappointed!

We were 4 adults, 1 child and 1 toddler. Sarah's cottage is perfectly located - it faces the lake, which is huge, boats, life jackets, etc. are provided and the host is extremely clear in their communication. There was an unexpected issue which came up and which couldn't be rectified till after our booking ended, but I was made aware of it in advance of my trip and Sarah was very transparent in her communication, which I appreciate a lot. The cottage was just a 10 min drive from the main highway, and 15 min drive from the nearest convenience store, so it wasn't that bad. The lake was pristine with some fish in it too, and on days when it was not windy, the water was quite clear too. To top it all, the bright orange ball during sunset won our hearts. We had a great relaxing time and would recommend this to anyone looking for a perfect getaway, just about 2 hours away from GTA.

I was so happy to find Carol’s lovely, cozy, homey cottage. It has a warm, welcoming feeling the moment you step through the door. I think it’s all the beautiful hand hewn wood and stone features that give the cottage its immediate warmth. It has everything you need for a great stay. And I love being able to throw open all the windows and feel the fresh air. One of my favourite birds is the chickadee, and it’s delightful to sit and watch them come to the window feeder. Your idea of adding a hummingbird feeder is lovely. I really appreciated that Carol made sure to explain that this is not a high end, fancy place … but a quiet, serene, comfortable haven. I will definitely contemplate another visit to this welcoming little cottage that is so easy to call home for a quiet retreat. Without meeting Carol personally, I have the sense that she is a lovely, warm, caring person, who is attentive and committed to providing a welcoming and comfortable space for a quiet get away. Chris and Katie were very prompt in responding to an issue during check-in, which shows they are highly reliable hosts. The Bluestone provided a stay was very cozy and peaceful. It had everything my fiancé and I were looking for in a getaway from the busy city life. Would love to return again someday.

I had a great stay at Vanessa's cottage! She was very communicative throughout the process, which made everything easy and stress-free. The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and wonderfully private. I especially loved the access to the water, with kayaks and a float available to enjoy. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Bryan’s cozy cottage! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with peace, privacy, and the kind of charm you can only find in a well-loved home away from home. The cottage was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed! The outdoor space was the highlight! perfect for morning coffee on the deck, roasting marshmallows by the firepit at night, and just relaxing with nature all around. The lake was just steps away, and we enjoyed kayaking! My kids had so much fun! We cannot wait to be back!
