Great place to be! Felt a the streets a little to empty at the begining, but then realized that we were very close to San Telmo and Porto Madero, great location, quiet windows and modern apartment.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment and would like to highlight the things we appreciated most: The apartment is beautifully furnished with modern, good-quality furniture. The TVs are excellent, . Another important point is the level of service — Michael was always available and very responsive, which made everything easier and more pleasant. The location is also quite good: there are many options nearby for grocery shopping and cafés, and Recoleta is within a reasonable walking distance. All in all, it was a great stay!

The apartment is beautiful and very well equipped and located. The area feels safe, has a nice atmosphere. There are good restaurants, cafes and stores at a walking distance. We had some issues with eletricity, but the host provided good support. Overall, it was a very positive stay and I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to explore Buenos Aires.

It was a wonderful location right above the market which allowed for each of us to get what we wanted to eat every morning/afternoon. It was residential enough but still had all the convenience of being off a main street. Super responsive hosts and able to add a day to get in early for checking after an early morning arrival.

The stay was marked by comfort, practicality and an exceptional location. On the 27th floor of a modern building, the apartment offers stunning views of the city and Rio de la Plata, with a spectacular sunrise every morning. The location is a great differential: surrounded by great restaurants, cafes and markets — some 24 hours — in addition to being close to the subway. Many sights are a few minutes' walk away, making it much easier to travel. The apartment is modern, well ventilated and illuminated. The view is really the highlight, but the structure also deserves praise, with equipped kitchen and utensils available for on-site dining. I recommend to those seeking comfort, practicality and a unique visual experience in Buenos Aires.

Beautiful house. Super spacious. Bright. Private. Good water pressure. Comfortable beds. The stove, the garden, the plants, everything to feel at home. I'll be back.

We had a great family stay, the place is just as it appears in the photos, it is equipped with everything a family needs. They were flexible with check-in and check-out, communication was excellent. Of course we'll be back and recommend the accommodation.

Very large and comfortable house for several people. It has some water problems to use the 3 bathrooms at the same time, but everything else is fine.

The apartment is as in the photos, the location is excellent, very close to bars and restaurants, clean, organized and spacious apartment. The host helped a lot with the early check-in and also with the possibility of storing our bags at check-out, always responded promptly.

Great place to stay. In a really good neighborhood Palermo Hollywood, in walking distance of a lot of cool places. Also very safe neighborhood, and the 24/7 doorman was great. I would recommend this place!
