1970's themed home it is 2,000 square ft and only 2,600 ft from the river! Located just off the Parker Strip and a few miles from the famous Desert Bar this home is centrally located to everything. Free launch ramp with parking 1/2 mile away along with day use beaches within a 5 minute drive, including another launch ramp with large human and separate dog beaches. Plenty of parking! On March 9th 2026, address will show after booking. Please don't disturb guests or step onto the property.
