This peaceful cottage is in an extremely beautiful and private setting that is convenient to all that the VA piedmont area has to offer. Perfect for exploring the history and culture around Upperville, the Plains, Marshall, and Middleburg, great as a base for outdoor activities in the scenic local parks and trails, or ideal as a restful weekend retreat to get away from it all. Large, comfortable, and well equipped for a couple or small family.

This was our first time to the area. My best friend was getting married at Bluemont Winery. Everything was as expected at the guest house. We loved our stay. We got to meet Bob and chat some. We did some hiking close by and saw the beautiful overlook. We had a tour all day Saturday of the wineries with a large group from the wedding. Brunch on Sunday at The Local. We even met Zena, one of the dogs, who was very friendly. We would definetly stay again. Thank you Nancy and Bob

Fantastic cabin in the woods! Down a dead end road and VERY quiet! Our favorite part was probably the hot tub (used it every night lol). The driveway is very very steep but as long as you have AWD or 4WD you will have no problem making it up. There is also plenty of room to back up before you go back down. Keep in my mind if you are brining a furbaby(s) that there is not fence to keep them contained. We had a great time and would most definitely book again if we were in the area :)

Everything was top notch, pictures don't do the location justice. The ambiance is peaceful quiet fresh air beautiful views, the house is as listed and more, You get what you paid for. Leena is an amazing person very responsive and very hospitable. Don't think twice just book you will not be disappointed.
