The apartment has recently been remodeled to receive travelers, who wish to be in a typical Portuguese neighborhood by the sea, and yet close to the trendy areas of Estoril and Cascais.

It is an easy walking distance to Parede town, local restaurants and amenities and is a 25 minute drive from Lisbon city centre. The property is equipped with top of the range appliances, fixtures, fittings, linens, towels, and kitchen equipment to provide a very comfortable stay.

A well-equipped kitchenette features light cabinetry and wooden countertops, with a microwave, sink, and under-counter refrigerator. Natural light enters through a large window that opens to a small garden, enhancing the inviting and functional design of the space.

Important Notice: Since the municipality of Cascais started to charge a touristic tax of 4 euros/night/person, up to 7 nights (under 13 exempt) and the platform cannot charge it, I have to ask you directly.

Located at Parede, a small town at Cascais (one of the best region to live in Portugal) A five minutes walking or cycling from the beach. Train station (Lisbon to Cascais), restaurants, supermarket and bakeries is less 1 minute walking. Beach towels is included and is possible choosing the type of beds (twins or single).
