Junto à estação de comboios, supermercados, lojas, restaurantes e a 3/4 minutos da praia. É um primeiro andar, tem que subir escadas. O estúdio para 2 pessoas, é totalmente independente com kitchenette, casa de banho privada e wifi, televisão, ar condicionado e toalhas de banho. As vistas são para a traseira do edifício.
