Cozy Studio in North Montmartre

Located on the edge of Montmartre 1km from the Sacré-Coeur, this studio has everything you need for an affordable stay! It is only 14m2, which is common in Paris, but it is very small. I don't recommend that two people stay for long, but it does sleep two. It is very livable for one person: I lived there myself for 2.5 years including the pandemic, then a student rented it for 3 years. Another disclaimer is that it doesn't get a lot of natural light, but it stays cool in summer ;)

Ideally located in the 15th arrondissement near the Seine, this beautiful bright apartment is a 10-minute walk to Beaugrennelle shopping center, and a 20-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Close to all amenities: supermarket, restaurants, transport (bus, metro, RER and tram), bakery etc... you will find everything within a 5-minute walk. Not far from Paris Expo Porte de Versailles.

Cozy studio 16th arrondissement

Located only a 15-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower and Metro 6 and 9 as well as the RerC (serving all of Paris), this small apartment overlooking the courtyard, is located at the top of a building (7th floor without elevator!!!!!). It is very bright and quiet. I made a cozy and functional decoration so that everyone could feel at home there. It has plenty of storage as well as an equipped bathroom and kitchen.

This is the apartment where I live and that I make available during the holidays. It's quiet. At the foot of bus stops that take you to the train station St-Cloud, line L towards Saint-Lazare. Underground parking is available. Shops (Franprix and small casino) are a 10-minute walk away maximum. I provide the sheets. Bath towels are not provided. Cleaning must be done when you leave the apartment.
