Vacation rentals with beach access in Paralia Kourna

We loved the stay, place is located in the heart of Chania with many bars and restaurants around.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche in dieser Unterkunft direkt am Meer! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und der Blick vom Balkon aufs Meer ist ein Traum. Die Küche hatte eine Basic Ausstattung. Es gibt sogar einen Zimmerservice, der alle paar Tage die Handtücher austauscht, Müll entsorgt und sauber macht. Der Strandabschnitt ist recht ruhig und an den meisten Tagen waren wir fast allein dort. Man kann dort auch gut schnorcheln, wenn man mag. In der Nähe befinden sich zwei Tavernen, die uns beide sehr gefallen haben. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen und würden dies auch empfehlen. Der einzige Manko ist die Straße. Man hört sie aber nicht sehr stark unten am Meer und mit geschlossenem Fenster konnte man gut schlafen. Wir haben es beide nicht als wirklich störend wahrgenommen. Das schöne Grundstück und die Lage machen es definitiv wett. Wir würden immer wieder kommen!

From Sunrise to Sunset the North facing second floor apartment and balcony offered incredible panoramic views of the Mediterranean, Rethymnon Marina and Fortezza … absolutely no issues or problems with check in, in/out access with secure gated and covered garage parking … comfortable bed, quite building, hot water shower/sinks, flawless high speed internet, excellent cable TV, soft linens, sheets and pillows 5⭐️!

Sifis' apartment was the perfect little oasis for our little Cretan getaway. It was squeaky clean, in a super convenient location close to old town Chania, and Sifis was very friendly and responsive when we needed a couple extra amenities during our stay. 10/10 recommend!

This great little apartment was just what we were looking for. It‘s luxury mostly comes from the location, right between olive trees and the private pool.

Estadia fantástica, mesmo em cima da praia! Fotos muito parecidas com a realidade, com todas as comodidades disponiveis! Fica no passeio maritimo muito proximo de vários restaurantes, supermercado e do centro histórico, dá para fazer tudo a pé a uma curta distância. O Fotis foi super prestável e deu instruções muito claras. Tivemos vontade de ficar mais tempo!!! 5*

We stayed week here and we would recommend this to anyone who wants to explore chania by walking or renting a car. Not loud at night so easy to sleep. Only short walk to shops and restaurants. Free parking area with many spots usually available only short walking distance from the house. The streets around the house were allmost allways full of cars. Working A/C in all rooms. Nice backyard for relaxing morning coffees. All the rooms look like in the pictures. Recommended!

Very nice home and location very nice, walkable to harbor and old town which was very nice! Lots of restaurants! The house was very clean and comfortable and really pretty view of the sea from living room area. The layout was very nice as bathroom on floor of living are and second floor with bedrooms with full bath very nice, lots of room!! My only complaint was, in my opinion, the portrait over master bed was very provocative and also, in my opinion, offensive being a female. Don’t understand why there must be naked pictures of female. This really offended me and can’t understand why??? Laura Rehm

Elektra est une hôte exceptionnelle. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, Elektra était présente et nous a donné de nombreux conseils (lieu à visiter, restaurants, plages,.). Mais le plus touchant a été de voir toute sa générosité. Des fruits, friandises, gâteaux,..étaient mis à notre disposition Le logement a entièrement été réhabilité par son mari. C'est une belle maison en pierre avec une très belle décoration à l'intérieur. Le logement garde toute sa fraîcheur. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le petit patio où nous prenions notre petit déjeuner . Nous vous recommandons ce beau gîte au calme et sans vis à vis.

Everything described and shown of this property is undervaluing its delight. This is beautifully and perfectly placed in Chania. It has everything you need within the property, whether there's 1 or 5 staying. There's lots of do within easy walking distance, including the delicious Periplous restaurant down the road, the sea opposite, and that view!! --- blissfully divine perks of the location Antonis and Nikos are so helpful and considerate. From my welcoming arrival, it was a serene joy and so simply perfect I could live there. I highly recommend this place. Thank you for hosting. Είναι όμορφο

Notre séjour en famille a été encore plus agréable qu'espéré. Nous nous sommes très vite sentis comme chez nous. La maison (Polymnia) est exactement comme décrite et illustrée par les photos. La vue et l'environnement sont incroyables, alors que la piscine a enchanté les enfants. La maison est parfaitement entretenue et propre. Les lits sont confortables et les climatisations dans les chambres sont très efficaces. L'équipement global est complet. La cuisine comporte tous le matériel nécessaire pour cuisiner, avec également les condiments de base. Chrysi est une hôte extrêmement disponible agréable dans le contact. Très réactive, elle a toujours répondu à nos demandes, aussi petites soient-elles. Elle aime sa région et n'hésite pas à partager sa connaissance par la biais de précieux conseils. Nous recommandons sans retenue cet endroit tout simplement magique.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Die Lage ist ruhig und bietet einen tollen Blick aufs Meer – perfekt, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Vermieter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben den Aufenthalt angenehm gestaltet. Alles in allem ein schönes Haus für einen entspannten Urlaub am Strand.

Wir haben uns in diesem Haus acht Tage lang sehr wohl gefühlt, auf der gut verschatteten Terrasse eine erholsame Zeit bis tief in die Nacht hinein verbracht. Ioanna hat uns mit verschiedenen Köstlichkeiten überrascht, liebevoll und immer erreichbar. Gerne kommen wir wieder, um diese schöne Aussicht zu genießen.

This was one of the nicest and best equipped AirBnB we have stayed in. Maria was so attentive and had so much helpful information about the town and places to visit. Our bed was luxurious to sleep in and a peaceful respite from the warm weather. The washer/dryer was great (though takes some time to cycle through). The location was amazing and on the cutest street in town. It was right down from a great vintage/second hand store (Vintage Rose) and a great sandwich shop (Pork to Be Wild). The food from Maria’s mother made us feel so welcomed along with the best honey ever. Don’t miss the Saturday market. Amazing!

Superbe maison, très bien située , endroit très calme et reposant. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maman de Gregoris nous a très amicalement accueillis et nous a fourni d excellents conseils. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Villa anasa exceeded expectations. The pictures don't do it justice, the attention to detail in the interior is impressive. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend. Gorgios was a gracious host and helpful in every way possible.

Our host was very careful for details, kitchen had all necessary stuff, fridge, etc. everything was clean. Host gift us welcoming gifts and that was lovely ❤️. Nice location, beach is close and you can go to supermarket in 10min on bus. And 25 min to Chania, bus stop is near. Living there was a pleasure.

This is absolutely our favorite Airbnb that we've ever stayed in (and we've stayed in a lot). The place is adorable. Katerina is very responsive and lives right by the apartment. The view is wonderful, and both the living room and twin bedroom have doors that open onto that view. It has everything you need and more, with Katerina providing treats and even cereal and milk for that first morning. The air conditioning worked well, but there is also a lovely breeze from the sea. There are tons of restaurants and cafes just below the apartment as well as with 5 and 10 minutes walk in Old Town. It would be comfortable for a couple and a third person (such as a child) or two people, each with their own room. The washing machine was great to have, and you can dry clothes on the lines off the balcony. We did not want to leave.

The apartment, its location, and the hosts’ hospitality are simply impressive. The room had everything we needed - even sun hats, beach towels, and slippers. A separate crib was provided for our son. The apartment also came with a juicer, toaster, coffee machine, coffee, tea, and plenty of food. However, the place is better suited for couples without small children. Our 1-year-4-month-old son constantly wanted to go up and down the stairs (which isn’t very safe) or out onto the balcony. Still, he managed to enjoy the beautiful views and woke up saying ‘wooow.’ 😁 The water at the beach is perfect for small children and peaceful relaxation. We had a wonderful vacation! Nearby, we discovered a lovely restaurant called Halepa with incredible sunsets and delicious seafood - highly recommended.

Μείναμε πολύ ικανοποιημένοι από τη διαμονή μας. Ο Γιώργος ήταν πολύ άμεσος στην επικοινωνία και εξυπηρετικός. Το σπίτι είναι φωτεινό, ευάερο κοντά σε κεντρικά σημεία της πόλης και τη θάλασσα. Δεν αποτελεί χαρακτηριστικό παράδειγμα των περισσότερων bnb με σύγχρονες προδιαγραφές (πχ παλιές οικοσυσκευές, έπιπλα) και ανάλογη διακόσμηση αλλά αυτό το κάνει ζεστό και φιλικό. Το μόνο αρνητικό ήταν τα κάπως δύσχρηστα παράθυρα/μπαλκονόπορτες. Βρήκαμε μέσα ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Θα το προτείναμε.

位置很好 可以步行到许多地方 附近有个好喝的咖啡馆 停车很方便 房东人非常好！回复非常及时！允许我们提前入住了😃 并且还允许我们在退房后多停了一会车 这真的很好（因为附近很难找到路上的停车位） 这栋楼很新 具备漂亮的电梯 房间也很干净温馨 设施齐全 冰箱里还有送的矿泉水 卫生间还有全身镜 卧室里有化妆镜 热水很暖和 卧室的灯也很明亮 很喜欢这里～ 卧室里能听到一点外面的车流声 但是可以接受 只是我的睡眠比较浅 所以注意到了这一点 总的来说 很推荐这里

Beautiful stay! Such tasteful design, spotless home with really wonderful staff to help. The team was very responsive and had really set up the place to make it very warm. It had everything you may neeed and more! Super strong winter net too so we enjoyed working there. Loved it and would definitely suggest!

We loved our stay here! It is in a great location. Walking distance to lots of good restaurants and shops. It also has an incredible view of the harbor from the balcony. The host made sure the property was very clean, provided some welcome gifts, and responded promptly when we locked ourselves out on accident! Would gladly stay here again!

Worth every single penny, the place is beautiful, very cozy, decorated with taste and super clean, loads of storage and it has all the amenities you could think of. You also have a Cleaner coming during the week and she even gave us fresh towels! Definitely a bonus point ☺️ Quiet area but in just 2 minute you can go for a swim or dine in one of the beautiful restaurant and bars along the coat. The highlight of the week, on top of the beautiful Crete, was definitely Iryna😍 She is, and by far, the most amazing host you will ever come across!! She welcomed us at 1am, with a giant smile on her face, gave us a tour of her home, gave us a lot of recommendations, she even organised us a taxi for the airport on the way back and so much more❤️ she really goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. Don’t look any further, this is the place to go for your next holiday!!!! Will defo be back if we come back to Chania. Thank you so much again Iryna❤️❤️❤️
