As we got to the location Maria was waiting to welcome us. We directly felt this is the place for us to relax and recharge. The house was perfectly located with the most breathtaking view of the deep blue waters of this small amazing almost private bay. It was super clean, perfectly equipped and made with so much love. Maria thought about every little detail which made our stay so comfortable and pleasant. The small shop at the reception offered a nice selection of local wines and they were all very tasty. Maria and her assistant were both attentive and helpful, answered every question within minutes and made sure we have all we need. You have to consider that this place is super isolated. You will have to get a car to get some groceries or to get to the next restaurant or cafe. For us it was exceptional to be out of any busy touristic place so we could enjoy the magic of Greek nature to the fullest. We will be back thank you so much for the hospitality Maria.

Sofia’s place is very well maintained, clean and welcoming, with a lovely terrace offering some amazing sunset views and starry night skies. The Kardiani village is stunning and in a perfect position to explore the entire island. I highly recommend Sofia’s place!

We had a wonderful time in Marias place! Located right on the beach, in one of the calmest beaches of Tinos, great for families with small children as the sea is calm even on the windiest days. The house has a beautiful spacious terrace providing views both of the village and the sea. Maria is wonderful sweet person, making you feel right at home. She is a local on the island and the village, always ready to help and with lots of stories to share ❤️

The house is situated on a beautiful beach, and it’s just charming. Nothing like falling asleep to the gentle sound of waves. It’s also well equipped and nicely decorated, with a shaded front porch and lovely 1st floor patio that is like a sun deck. The location is also excellent for visiting some of the most picturesque villages of Tinos, like Kardiani, Ysternia and Pyrgos. A few things to be aware of. It is a good 25’ from the port and the road is not ideal, it can be challenging for a novice driver, so take is slow. Also there is no mini market close by (at least in Spring…) so stock up! Other than that it’s one of the most enjoyable houses we have ever spent time in.
