Rafael was a very responsive host! Airbnb is about 20ish minutes from the strip, nice and quiet and very clean. Close to gas stations, fast food joints and other shops around the area. Definitely recommend for those visiting Vegas 👏🏻

I stayed here for 2 weeks, although I wasn’t there for much of the day I must say it did the job. The views and overall experience was great. There are things to be fixed here and there but nothing major. I would definitely stay here again!

Ce logement se trouve dans une résidence sécurisée et paisible dans un quartier tranquille. Vous pourrez stationner votre véhicule devant la porte d'entrée. La résidence se trouve à 5 mn en voiture du Strip en ligne droite. Vous arriverez directement devant les casinos Bellagio et Ceasar Palace! Si vous repartez ensuite vers Death Valley, vous serez au bon endroit pour quitter Vegas. Très bon accueil de Vannara et elle sera à votre écoute si vous avez besoin. Elle parle Français, un atout supplémentaire. Je reviendrais volontiers dans cette location.

This was easily one of the cleanest Airbnb's I've ever stayed at. The home was extremely clean, beautifully decorated, and located just 10 minutes from the Strip- perfect to come back to after all of the hustle and bustle. Edna was responsive throughout out our entire stay and was proactive about reaching out to see if we needed anything also. Would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Vegas!

Such a lovely home. Raoul was so kind in letting us check-in early. We struggled to figure out the lock upon arrival and Raoul was immediately helpful and resolved the issues instantly. The home was perfectly appointed with everything we needed and the hot tub was great! Would definitely stay here again.

The house was just as advertised. We booked day of check-in. We were stressing about having a place to stay in Vegas for the weekend but Alexis made it smooth and quick. The pool was clean and the enclosed backyard made it feel safe. We really liked the high ceilings - it gave the place a luxurious feel. We will definitely try to stay here again in the future. We absolutely loved our stay! The house was perfect for our trip — clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. One of the highlights for us was the backyard pool. We spent hours relaxing and having fun in the water. The space was private and peaceful, and it was so nice to unwind by the pool after a day out. We went to the celebrate my wife's birthday. She was very skeptical about the place, but once we got there it was just perfect. We asked the front desk if they have a room with a view and they happily provided us an available one they had. The location is simple perfect, it is so close to the Belagio and in the heart of the Strip. I am coming back on Vegas again soon and they will be my first option for my next stay for sure!

We had an incredible stay at Luis’s studio apartment at the MGM Signature (Tower One). From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The unit was absolutely spotless—clearly well cared for—and it immediately felt like a home away from home. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and two guests from our party stayed on the sofa bed, which they also found very cozy and supportive. It's rare to find a place where every sleeping arrangement is equally comfortable, but this one nailed it. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the Strip but still quiet enough to relax and unwind when needed. Luis was outstanding as a host: communicative, responsive, and attentive to every question and request, no matter how small. I wouldn’t recommend staying anywhere else on the Strip. If you're looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a host who truly cares, this is the place. I’m definitely coming back! Thanks Luis!

We had a perfect stay while attending a conference at the MGM. Everything was smooth from booking to check-in and throughout our stay. The unit was clean and well-equipped, and our hosts were communicative and helpful.

Definitely a place to come back to. Walkable to the action, a restful time at the pool, or stay in like your home working. We used the cookware for breakfast/lunch and joined the strip for the abundance of dinner options. Clean and easy check in and out.

We would like to endlessly thank Bianca for being an amazing, superb, and very attentive and responsive host..Right from checking-in, we already felt at home and at peace..Bianca made sure everything went smooth and it did.. It’s a very cozy place with central AC even in the bedroom..Along with 2 TV’s, both in the living room and bedroom.. The washer and dryer came in clutch too..Wonderful amenities..And the place was perfectly clean.. We couldn’t of ask for a better stay and wished we stayed longer but had to fly back home..We’d love to stay much longer the next time..It’s a home away from home type vibe..
