Love the MGM Signature. Cindy’s listing is accurate and the place was very clean and comfortable. The only slight complaint was an issue with displaying the TV guide and channel information when watching TV late night. An extremely minuscule problem to have. Everything else was perfect, including the extremely comfortable bed!

Exactly what we needed. Lovely and exceptional for the price. C was responsive and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

This was me and my friends first time in Vegas so we all split this beautiful penthouse and we had a blast. The building was great and the location was really good with the strip being very walkable distance aswell as the view was so beautiful at night. Would definitely book again! Thank you again Cindy

I would stay here again and again honestly just gorgeous. I’ve never in my life stayed in such a nice place before so this was just an amazing get away for my friend and I. The pictures don’t even do justice, the room is HUGE, balcony HUGE, bathroom HUGE with a tv!!! The tub was to DIE FOR, after walking the strip I would just come back to our personal hot tub play some music and soak with the jets it was amazing. We had a bit of trouble getting them to work but Madison sent out maintenance extremely quick, they fixed it right up, as soon as we got back from the casino the tub was up an running perfectly. I would recommend everyone I know to stay here if I could haha the pool next door with the dj is a huge plus just be aware for the cabanas it is a pricey charge, about $180 and up, but totally worth it if I say so myself. Free self parking AND valet, keep mind valet works off tip so although it’s free it is nice to tip if a when you can. Thanks again Madison , this trip was awesome

We loved our stay! The location was perfect—right beside the Sphere and just a short walk to the Strip. The pools were great and never crowded, which was such a nice change from staying at hotels. We also really appreciated not having to pay resort fees like we usually do. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved it! We enjoyed out stay at Cindy's 3 bedroom penthouse suite as it was spacious, had a great view (33rd floor), clean, was close to the pool and MGM Miracle Mile shopping. Check in/out was easy and through the hotel. Regarding the suites, the "floor plan" picture provided isn't quite correct and doesn't show all the beds. To clarify, there are 3 suites total: one is a one bedroom suite with the full kitchen, pull-out bed in the living room and 2 full bathrooms; the second is more a hotel style room (ie. one room with 2 beds) with one king size bed, a pull-out couch beside it and full bathroom; the third suite is identical in layout to the second (ie. king bed and pull-out bed). When you look at the "floor plan" picture, the one bedroom and connected suite showing on the left is accurate, but its the reverse layout (mirror layout of what is shown on this floor plan). The last suite (not connected, it is next door/entrance is down the hall), actually has a king bed and a pull-out.

Really enjoyed the stay. Felt like home away from home. Having a washing and dryer in suite was a plus! Walkable to and from the strip/ Highroller. Lots to do on property.

Roger was amazing and very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely recommend staying at Roger’s rentals at any time.

Great location and comfortable accommodations. Perfect for our family with teenagers who want some space and privacy but to still be together.

Great place in a great location. My only complaint is the availability of carts for transportation within the complex, especially since it was 115 degrees. I called for a cart on the last day to go to check out and one did not show up until I walked to the front desk, where they told me that the operator had not requested a cart. This was a problem with the complex itself, not the unit.

Our stay at Tom’s place was awesome! His place was spotlessly clean and exactly as described, with a full kitchen, two rooms, a living room, and a balcony just steps from the Las Vegas Strip. Despite being so close to the action, it was surprisingly quiet, making it a perfect retreat after a busy day. Tom was an excellent host—super informative, responsive, and there for anything we needed. The location was ideal, right near the Strip and super convenient for our conference. Check-in and check-out were a total breeze. For the price, this place is an incredible value compared to Strip hotel casinos, where you’d only get a basic room without the kitchen or extra space. I’d highly recommend Tom’s place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-priced stay in Vegas. Thanks, Tom, for a great experience!

Will definitely be returning! It was too hot to walk but it was a 20 minute walk to the strip. Great location and extremely clean property!

The place is part of a holiday inn vacations complex, a timeshare style resort. Not a problem, they weren’t very pushy on the sales, but they try at check in and again with a phone call. The move is “would you like $150 cash or a $400 resort credit” or “ are you planning another vacation this year” a simple not interested ended the convo politely, again, not pushy. The room was great, we had a 2br 2bath, for my wife, child and in-laws. Outfitted well, but needed to ask housekeeping for a frying pan ( which wasn’t delivered, but I never called back to ask again). It was spacious, clean, safe, quiet. Nice proximity to the strip A couple small things were off, tub drains really slow, garbage disposal was jammed when we arrived, but nothing that tainted our stay at all. Would go back for sure, especially with a baby. Master bedroom closet was big enough to fit a pack and play. Bonus
