Super cool renovated place! Very unique ! Only critique would be I did not know the entrance was at the back of the house. But that could have been me missing checking in instructions! Would rent again !

We had an incredible stay at Frederico's place! The unit was exactly as described—immaculately clean, cozy, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was perfect for a great night's sleep, and it was such a relief to find a truly pet-friendly home that welcomed our 2 furry family members. What really stood out was Frederico's hospitality. He accommodated our family on very short notice, and his communication was excellent-super responsive, helpful, and kind. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests' experience. Frederico is an amazing host, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!

This place was exactly as described. Perfect location in the old market, beautiful open loft with separate cozy bathroom, view of old market was fantastic with stunning windows. Rooftop patio was adorable. Fantastic restaurants and coffee shops are at your doorstep. The Old Market is one of my favorite places in Nebraska and this was a great way to experience it.

Everything was clean. The location is convenient and just a short drive from all the fun. Host was friendly and clear with instructions and had recommendations for things to do. This place was perfect for just my husband and I for a long weekend. Would recommend!

This was a great one bedroom apartment in midtown Omaha. The building and location could use some love but for the price it’s a great stay! Very clean and had all the items needed for a short stay for a few people. Extremely comfy couch, great sized outdoor patio, and a modern kitchen with everything you might need. Bathroom was great, had high water pressure and could get nice a hot. Would recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a quick stay in midtown Omaha!

We had a great week with our friends from out of state that had heard about Omaha's zoo. Nothing better than getting home from a day at the zoo than getting in the pool! The kids had a great time. I would definitely stay here again!

Can’t say enough how gracious and generous our hosts were! The place is super clean and thoughtfully put together. The art is beautiful! I am from Omaha and come back to visit my family a few times a year. This will be our go to spot to stay from now on! 10/10! Book here you won’t be disappointed!

Great location! Close to everything that we had planned. Beautiful safe area to take your family for a walk Plenty of bedroom space for the 8 people we had for our visit to Papillion. Full kitchen with a great view of the woods behind the house. Toya did a good job of checking in to make sure everything was OK. If my family were to go back to the area I would reserve this house again.

Melissa’s place is what you hope for when booking with AirBnB but rarely get. Easy to find in a great neighborhood, spotlessly clean, amazing 3 season porch to play one of many board games in the evening, huge yard my grandson and dog loved running around in, kitchen stocked with way more than just the basics, the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on, abundance of nice towels and wash cloths, cozy living room with a smart TV to watch movies, lovely decor, and an easy 15-20 min drive to all we came to do in Omaha. Plenty of restaurants and shops 5 min away. Melissa treats this house like her home, not just another rental property like a lot of hosts do, and it shows everywhere you look. I would give Melissa’s place 10 stars out of 5 if I could. If her place comes up as available in your search, stop and book immediately!

We came to this home for a wedding in Omaha, the home had everything our family needed for the weekend. We’d stay here again. The neighborhood was very safe and peaceful.

We had a wonderful stay! This was the perfect location for us to walk to a wedding nearby. There were many great restaurants that were walkable. We enjoyed Zen Coffee Company and the Spielbound Board Game Cafe. Fwamay communicated with us about check in and everything was great!

I felt very safe and secure at this location. Lots of construction in the area but nothing that could bother you. Just upgrading these horrible roads in Omaha. It was a comfy home like spot. Outstanding service and very responsive. I got in super late and had made a mistake during the booking process. Ryan helped me through it, checked on me and had an absolutely beautiful apartment with all needs met. I would highly recommend. Close to some good eats and a nice balcony to enjoy views of Omaha! Great location for conference events. The convention center was a 20min walk for me. Lots of things to do that are very close. Nice open concept floor plan. Will definitely book again if available as the conference I attended is usually every other year in Omaha. Also the hosts were excellent!

Jesse’s listing looks exactly the same in person and in the photos. Everything went very smoothly and we didn’t have any issues at all. Great place to stay for those looking in the downtown Omaha area.
