Elysia park is a great community with both indoor and outdoor pool and gym, as well as a mini market. The villa was spacious with a nice covered terrace in the backyard. Definitely satisfied.

Beautiful studio apartment. Brand new and superbly located, especially for a lovely 10 to 15 minute walk to Kato Paphos, which means Lower Paphos, and is the harbour area. Couple of excellent shops very close by, for buying provisions for our stay. The service from Estea was first rate, when we did have a minor problem with the lock box. Marios taxis are highly recommended by my wife and I, and Marios is married to the agent for Estea. All in all, a wonderful visit. We will be back. Steve and Barbara McGuigan May 2025.

Our stay went smoothly, Fay supplied us with detailed information and was quick to respond when needed. We recommend Fay as host and this property in Peyia to anyone wishing to stay in the vicinity. This is not our first stay in Peyia, nor will it be our last, and we will definitely consider contacting Fay again.

The house is lovely with a large balcony overlooking a beautiful grove, The house is fully equipped with children's play and an outdoor closet with sea games, The pool outside is very pleasant We had a great time staying in the house, it was pleasant and fun to explore the area with the car The beaches in the area are stunning and are 10 minutes from the house:)

We chose Fay's place to work in quiet, and it didn't disappoint! The area is quiet, the apartment and building are very well kept and tidy. There is a detailed manual in the apartment that answered most of our questions/needs. The balcony is large and sunny, amazing for a dinner or to take a work meeting, the bedrooms are spacious and clean. The kitchen is well equipped, although little. We did have a couple issues, but nothing to deter us from visiting again! Overall we had a great and relaxing time!

Excellent location very good neighborhood Lovely apartment sea view and quiet far from the tourist. Compulsory car every drive 6-10 minutes from the sea super 3 minutes drive there is a mini market pharmacy bakery even a computer store and cable for those who need it. The apartment is spacious (the sofa in the living room opens into a double bed) Too bad we discovered before we left Clean pool. Would definitely come back again and recommend. P.S. Clearer signage or improved directions would be a valuable improvement. Overall Vanessa Apartments is very positive. It's a solid choice for budget-conscious travelers

A wonderful week in this apartment of Sylvia. The accommodation matched the photos and was very clean, fresh and smelled nice by the connected air fresheners. Upon arrival, a bottle of mineral water and a chocolate was ready. I was quite ready for this after a long day of travel. Glad this has been thought of. Sylvia comes across as a warm and kind person and was proactive. During my stay, she asked how it was and if I had any questions. She then helped me with information about the bus lines. I had a great week. Thanks Sylvia!

Everything was amazing :) very clean and pretty flat, great communication from the host. maybe the only thing that could be added is a bottle of cooking oil for the common use, but apart from that everything was there (salt, pepper, good cooking pans, towels, tea)

Lovely house and very quiet and beautiful view. The kids loved the pool.

We absolutely loved our stay. The villa is absolutely stunning. The furnishings are modern and clean, the pool is heated and Estéa had left thoughtful extras for our check-in. Estéa was very responsive to messages before and after we booked which was appreciated. The views from the infinity pool are stunning. The shared beach is rocky but nice for a walk. As in all hot places, ants were a bit of a pest but easily kept at bay indoors. The villa was nice and cool inside and we didn't need air con, but this is in every room. Highly recommend.
