Vacation rentals with beach access in Paphos

The property in Elysia Park is great for exploring Paphos and the surrounding streets. You can walk to the promenade in about 15 minutes. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. It is also very quiet there and the complex is very nice.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Martin’s apartment. Excellent location. Comfy bed and lovely pool area.

Apartmens with good design and space usage, nice balcony with beautiful flowers. The hosts are very responsive. Good location. Alfa & Omega mall and King Avenue Mall are close. Barbershop, Hair saloon, pharmacy are near. 20-30 walk to the harbour. Quite close to archeological sites. If you go to the sea direction there are nice taverns. I recommend Laverna taverna. The nearest beach is probably Lighthouse beach (20 min of walk). But I recommend to go to the Venus Beach (40 min). It is the best. You can swim there even when there are high waves. Clean, water, sand. It is very beautiful in the morning. I spent nice time in these apartments. Great thanks to Iulia and Catalin.

From when we booked to when we departed Nitzan was always available if required. The apartment is set in a lovely block with communal pool, 5 minutes from the beach and restaurants on King of Tombs road. Used the local buses to get to coral beach and the town centre which has more lovely restaurants. Weather was fantastic and we could not have asked for more. If you’re looking for a quiet and comfortable place to relax, this studio is the perfect choice! It has a luxurious feel, is impeccably clean, and offers great comfort. The bed is super cozy, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the balcony provides the perfect atmosphere for unwinding. The location is fantastic—just a few meters from the sea and close to excellent restaurants. I was on a solo female trip at Paphos, and I felt completely safe in the neighborhood, finding the absolute peace I was looking for—exactly what I needed! I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it, whether you’re a solo traveler or looking for a romantic getaway for two.

Sofias apartment is lovely . Panoramic views of Mountains and sea to left side ..Sunny Balcony until three thirty .Spotless accommodation .Polis has wonderful Restaurants and has character in the old Town...we visited many small villages and Monestry absolutely delightful. We stayed in the apartments and were very pleased! The location is perfect – just a few steps from the sea, and close to restaurants, shops, and places of interest. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped – we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The balcony with a sea view was wonderful. Communication with the host was smooth and pleasant. George's flat has a fantastic view of the sea from the spacious balcony. It's quiet, private and clean. George was very responsive and check-in was easy. The flat is about 15-20 mintues walk from the town and only a couple minutes walk to the beach and the boardwalk. There's a cycle share scheme in Paphos with one of the lock up locations located just over the main road from the flat so it's easy to cycle around (although it's uphill into town). There's a lidl very nearby for easy groceries. Also plenty of car rentals around if you want to rent a car for a few days.

Nice and secluded! It was a great location to be near the water and away from crowds. The host gave us good recommendations of things to do and we had a great time. The two hour timer on the air conditioners was a little annoying, but we only woke up a couple times to turn them back on.

Carrie's apartments are truly exclusive - a unique place right by the sea, lots of different spaces to lounge. While quite a few other houses in the neighborhood, we felt very private. Neighbors are quiet, lots of greenery around. Although Pomos is a really small town, it's even a few not bad restaurants, there is a supermarket. The host is very nice, allowed us to do the check-in even a few hours early, constantly taking care of us and answered our questions promptly. The only small minus is the sea shore - how steep and very stony, so bathing is a bit of a discomfort. But everything else was super, I recommend it..:)

Great stay at an amazing villa, the highlight of which is the pool. Situated minutes from coral bay and multiple shops/restaurants along the strip. would recommend hiring a car if wanting to visit pathos which is 30mins away.

The house was really nice with a perfect garden. Jacuzzi and pool were great. It was private enough, but still close to everything.

Great apartment in a great location. The outside space is such a bonus. The terrace is huge and a great place to all eat together, and the roof terrace has such a great view. There are a few restaurants within walking distance (we really liked Pepperoni Pizza) and it’s only a 10 minute drive into Paphos which has so many bars and restaurants to choose from. There is also a lovely sandy beach about a 7 minute drive from the apartment called Coral Bay where we hired jet skis. Each bedroom in the apartment has a sea view and is very well equipped. The host was very responsive and helpful and provided clear instructions. I highly recommend this apartment (well it’s more like a 3 storey house than an apartment) and would definitely stay again.

If you are wanting to stay at a villa with great views of the ocean and stunning sunsets then this place is the one to book. Very relaxing break which was exactly what we needed and wanted. The surrounding area is lovely and worth exploring if you wanted to get off the sun loungers and leave the villa! Helpful host and answered any questions we had. This place is a little slice of heaven. Great location, beautiful inside and out. Super helpful friendly hosts. Had everything we needed and more. Handy for the beach and harbour bars, restaurants and coffee shops, and a perfect base for the Akamas region and Paphos airport. We would happily stay here again and have already recommended it to family. Also we LOVED the artworks around the apartment, great choices by real artists, it added to the vibe and enhanced our stay.

Janes apartment was just what we needed just back from two fantastic weeks , we arrived at silly o’clock in the morning and because Janes instructions were so clear that was a perfect start to our holiday , the apartment had everything you need plus lots of other things to make your stay pleasant, this was my first air B&B it was just perfect so many fantastic places within walking distance to eat out at too , the pool was a delight to use too , thank you for a fantastic holiday , we will be back .

We are satisfied with our stay. It is a small place, but enough for 2 people for a short stay ( we stayed for 4 nights). 10 mins walking distance to coral bay beach and a lively street full of restaurants yet inside a residential complex so it’s calm. The kitchen was equipped for simple cooking and there’s a nespresso machine. Functioning AC, tv and sofa. My only concern was the ants problem ( which i also saw in another review). We bought some fruits and it attracted some ants coming from outside. So it’s a bit annoying to have to really be careful on not leaving any food or crumbs.

Great apartment to stay in during your stay in Cyprus. Hosts are responsive and ready to help. The apartment has a separate bedroom which provides convenience for longer stay. Location is good, not too far from Pafos centre but we recommend renting a car if you wish to visit the area or commute with ease :) Overall we recommend this place!

Sylvia’s apartment was lovely, clean and well located. Private parking, patio and a well looked after pool only a step away. Everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Well equipped kitchen, ample storage space, clean towels, toiletries, kitchen equipment, Netflix, dining table and chairs, settee. Also outside seating & table etc.. including 2 new Sun beds etc.. Ironing board, Iron, hairdryer everything you need! Sylvia was always only a message away if needed. Would definitely stay again and recommend apartment for location and value.

Estea's place was a good base for us to enjoy our stay in the Paphos area. The Apartment is basic but functional with everything you could need for your stay. Location wise its a short walk to the Kato Paphos area where there are bars and restaurants and the harbour a little further. The old town is a longer walk but is worth a visit too. Parking is free and very useful if you have a car. The area itself seems a little rundown but did not feel unsafe, there are lots of new developments going on around it with new buildings being built. We enjoyed our stay here and it was great value for money.
