The semi-detached house is located in an idyllic village (Kessin) 2 km from the city center of Rostock. In the center of town you will find a modern bakery where you can have breakfast or get a piece of cake for coffee in the afternoon. A shopping facility is accessible in 2 minutes by car (Lidl). The beach is 20 minutes by car. (A20 and A19 are directly connected). Kessin is right on the Warnow. A boat and canoe rental can be reached in a few minutes by car.

50 m² in-law apartment near Rostock with swimming lake

Our granny apartment is located in the middle of a beautiful village and right outside Rostock. Whether on foot in 5 minutes to the swimming lake or by car in approx. 15-20 minutes to the Baltic Sea in Warnemünde, with us rest and relaxation are at the center. Our apartment is part of our house and we are a family with two 5-year-old boys. So it's probably not dead quiet, but pure idyll. P.S. Bed linen and towels are included!

Small garden city apartment

Relaxed parking right outside the door. 15 minutes by car to Warnemünde beach, 5 minutes' walk to the supermarket and bus, 10 minutes' walk to the stadium or indoor swimming pool. Accommodation not for purely tourist purposes because of the resulting obligation to pay a spa tax for the Hanseatic city of Rostock

The guest apartment is located in the Hansaviertel near the Parkstraße S-Bahn station (to Warnemünde 20 min). It is a quiet, very green residential area with ample parking. Nearby are the Barnstorfer Forest and Linden Park. University, Ostseestadion and Stadthalle are within walking distance! There are plenty of shopping opportunities and it is a 10-minute walk to the trendy district of KTV.

Between the main road Lange Straße and the pedestrian zone, Rostocker Boulevard on the cozy Heiligengeisthof with the Horse Fountain, you will find our charming loft. The apartment is in a quiet location in a village, which is about 12 km from Rostock. A 16 sqm cozy room with small kitchenette, hallway and a separate bathroom are available. The front garden is for exclusive use and offers both sun and shade. Guests have private access to the apartment, which is not used by the landlord.
