The bach is located next door to our property and is perfect for a couple or small family . Modern decor, warm, sunny and across the road from Papamoa beach. Dogs are welcome and section is fully fenced. Home away from home with Wifi, Sky TV, Netflix. Full facilities including oven, m/wave, dishwasher, washing machine. A smallish space but very functional and also has double shower . Papamoa Plaza is only 1 minute drive away and short drive to Mercury Baypark, Bayfair and The Mount

Rochelle and Mark are great hosts. They live right next door but you wouldnt know they are there. Very responsive if you need them but very respectful of your space. Great balcony upstairs to soak up the last of the autumn rays and get on with a bit of admin with good wifi. Really long walks on a lovely empty beach within minutes away. Cats came to say hello but you wouldnt know there is a dog next door, so well behaved. A nice stay in a nice area. Would recommend.

It is a beautiful beach house, located two blocks from the sea, a great spot to enjoy the ocean. It’s a 20 minute walk to the main street of Papamoa. The house is spacious and very comfortable; we felt right at home. We loved staying there for 9 days. Thanks!

A fabulous little sanctuary so close to the beach. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t quite what we hoped, but that didn’t really matter as the place was so comfortable with great sofas a large Smart TV and fast Wi-Fi. The fully fenced garden made it a dream for our little fur baby, who loved zooming around the grass. The kitchen is well stocked with good quality pans and crockery and the plumbed fridge freezer with ice maker was great for G&T time! Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

An outdoor dining area is set on a spacious deck, featuring a long white table surrounded by matching chairs. Expansive ocean views are visible beyond a glass railing, with a stretch of sandy beach and grassy dunes creating a scenic backdrop.

We had a fantastic week at Graeme's place. The proximity to the beach was perfect and the house was wonderfully equipped and lots of space for 6 adults and 1 toddler. Graeme left toys for our grandson to play with and had a small mattress all arranged for him. It was perfect. Would highly recommend.

Colleen was an excellent host. This place is beautiful and central to all the places we needed to go to on our short trip in New Zealand. My kids enjoyed the pool the most. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Tauranga.
