The reviews are all accurate. I felt like the King of El Campo while I was there. It's a treat to see this place to say the least. The pool was one of the cleanest I've ever seen. Fernando is always close enough to help with anything and far away enough for privacy.

We loved staying at Susanne's place! The home is quite big and spacious with high ceilings. The location is excellent and walkable to everywhere in Zona Colonial. The kitchen was well equipped. We appreciated the many fans around the house because it was super hot in DR! The A/Cs in the bedroom were excellent and they do get nice and chilly (always remember to keep all doors and windows closed). The washer/dryer were wonderful to have (although be a little careful as it is right next to the beautiful pool). Susanne was helpful and always ready to help (e.g. offering to bring additional equipment when the wifi wasn't strong in the dining room area). It was also a nice touch to have cleaning service stop by one day. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. We also felt very safe. A little noise on some nights from next door music but nothing too bad. Bathrooms were spacious (hot water always came back even when shower was running for a little while). Highly recommend! Beautiful home!

Tbh first place with jacuzzi that doesn’t have bad smell due to septic issues. It was private and peaceful. Perfect for couples.

My husband and I stayed with our children aged 11 months and 3.5 years, where the tranquility, security and comfort reigned. We love the accommodation and above all the good attentions of Rafael for what we need in his time, having 2 children we wanted to make sure they were safe in the apartment. This apartment has everything and the best thing is to be able to go to the balcony and see the beautiful view. We were looking for restaurants, malls, supermarkets, pharmacies, the viewpoint, and we had underground parking. I must point out that the tower staff is friendly and respectful, we loved it! We liked the security of this tower very much. Definitavemente Rafael is an excellent host and next time we wish to stay in his properties. Thank you very much for your kindness and courtesy!

Marcel's place was amazing. Looked better than the pictures. Felt right at home. Marcel is a great person, goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I would definitely rent again from him.

Fixie Loft is a beautiful and well-equipped space with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We loved being surrounded by the rich history la Zona Colonial. The host was super friendly, quick to respond to any questions or needs, and check-in was a breeze. The pool was a sweet bonus — especially with how hot it was! 100% recommend, and we’re definitely coming back!

Our stay at Estrella's apartment was excellent! 😍 The apartment is super spacious and comfortable, it is located on the esplanade with a beautiful view from the living room or bedroom. The self check-in and check-out gives you a lot of freedom with the times and our host was always available if we needed anything. There is a supermarket on the ground floor of the building. We loved it! And if we ever go back to Santo Domingo we will definitely stay here again! ✨️

Great apartment awesome host

Overlooking my need for a peaceful stay, the place was comfortable and adequate. I particularly liked that the entire floor and neighbors were not heard at all . The air-conditioning system function quietly without ever being to loud. Lastly, natural sunlight could be appreciated from the Oceanside location.

We loved this house. I went with my family and since we arrived we felt right at home. It is super cozy, a very nice decoration, clean and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Ideal for resting, spending time with the family and unwinding in a quiet atmosphere. In addition, the host was a 10/10, super attentive, friendly and always making sure that everything was perfect. The experience was excellent and we would definitely come back. Highly recommended.

Everything Exactly like the photos, quiet clean easy to get to me was exelente thank you very satisfied with everything.. a small contrariety and it is that you need darker curtains in the rooms because as you will know one goes on vacation and wants to sleep late and comes in very early clarity… but then everything super chévere and comfortable..
