The reviews are all accurate. I felt like the King of El Campo while I was there. It's a treat to see this place to say the least. The pool was one of the cleanest I've ever seen. Fernando is always close enough to help with anything and far away enough for privacy.

Overall, great stay. The loft is very well located, right next to Maraca. The place looks just like the pictures. There is construction going on outside, but that's totally understandable since the whole area is getting upgrade. Would stay here again.

I had a great 3 night visit at La Casita. Patricia is extremely helpful as a host. The unit was exactly as I expected and the location is ideal, within a few blocks of the best restaurants and bars in the Zona. All 3 AC units operated perfectly to provide a comfortable sleeping climate. As a pet owner, I truly appreciated the quiet neighborhood and the 3 minute walk to a large park perfect for exercising your dog. I would absolutely stay here again.

This place is excellent for the value. It has a cool concept: You live in an outdoor loft. If you're hot, you rinse in the pool and feel fresh again. The bedroom has air conditioning. I love the private entrance. Also, it has a private pool. I will go back again.

Es la segunda vez que Edwin es mi anfitrión y todo excelente. El apartamento está bien para pasar algunas noches para ir de compras, si no eres de SD. Repetiremos.

Nos quedamos mi esposo y yo con nuestros niños de 11 meses y 3.5 años, donde reinaba la tranquilidad, seguridad y comodidad. Nos encanto el hospedaje y sobre todo las buenas atenciones de Rafael para lo que necesitamos en su momento, al tener 2 niños nos queriamos asegurar estuviesen seguros en el apartamento. Este apartamento tiene de todo y lo mejor es poder ir al balcon y ver la bella vista. Nos quedaban cercas restaurantes, malls, supermercados, farmacia, el mirador, y teniamos parqueo subterraneo. Debo destacar que el personal de la torre es amigable y respetuoso, nos encantó! Nos gusto mucho la seguridad de esta torre. Definitavemente Rafael es un excelente host y la proxima vez deseamos quedarnos en sus propiedades. Muchisimas gracias por su amabilidad y cortesia!

Overlooking my need for a peaceful stay, the place was comfortable and adequate. I particularly liked that the entire floor and neighbors were not heard at all . The air-conditioning system function quietly without ever being to loud. Lastly, natural sunlight could be appreciated from the Oceanside location.

I had to book this Airbnb literally last min & Luisa was able to get everything ready for me within 5 mins of my request. The place was spacious & very clean. Luisa also offered her services to take us anywhere we needed to go and she did just that. The apartment was within mins from where we needed to go in Santo Domingo Norte. I would stay here or any of her properties again just for the attention and fast response she provided us. Luisa thank you for everything. You are amazing

Todo Exactamente como las fotos, tranquilo limpio fácil de llegar para mi fue exelente gracias muy satisfecha con todo.. una pequeña contrariedad y es que necesita cortinas más oscuras en las habitaciones por que como sabrán uno va de vacaciones y quiere dormir hasta tarde y entra claridad muy temprano… pero después todo super chévere y cómodo..
