We loved staying at Susanne's place! The home is quite big and spacious with high ceilings. The location is excellent and walkable to everywhere in Zona Colonial. The kitchen was well equipped. We appreciated the many fans around the house because it was super hot in DR! The A/Cs in the bedroom were excellent and they do get nice and chilly (always remember to keep all doors and windows closed). The washer/dryer were wonderful to have (although be a little careful as it is right next to the beautiful pool). Susanne was helpful and always ready to help (e.g. offering to bring additional equipment when the wifi wasn't strong in the dining room area). It was also a nice touch to have cleaning service stop by one day. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. We also felt very safe. A little noise on some nights from next door music but nothing too bad. Bathrooms were spacious (hot water always came back even when shower was running for a little while). Highly recommend! Beautiful home!

Very responsive and awesome host. Was greeted by his mom and another family member. Nicest family you would ever meet and I appreciate them letting me use their place. Great location as it's close to the colonial zone and Malecon areas. Will definitely use again.

Nice clean apartment in a very good location, just 2 streets down from the cathedral and main town sqaure. Only the bedroom has A/C but it worked very well and quickly.

Loved staying at Antonio’s place! Everything was clean. He was communicative and responded quickly. The lobby receptionist were also friendly. I traveled with my toddler daughter and I loved the children’s area and the pool in case any other families are traveling. The only thing was the loud music blasting all night on saturday past 3am 🙃 Something to be mindful about if you’re traveling with kids. Definitely will consider staying here again once I’m back in the city. Thank you so much for the hospitality🙏

EXCELLENT!! I had the pleasure of staying in this stunning home, nestled in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. From the moment I checked in, I felt right at home. The apartment was immaculately clean, private, and secure. The host and the team was incredibly friendly and helpful with everything, when the washing machine had problems they even offered to do my laundry for free while waiting for the machine to start operating normal again. Highly recommend!

Excellent option to stay in the city. The location is very good and the place is quiet, ideal for resting. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. Pablo was very attentive and was always available when we needed him. I would definitely stay here again. 100% recommended!

5 stars – Beautiful Apartment & Great Host! I had a fantastic stay at Juan Antonio’s apartment in Piantini, Santo Domingo. The space was absolutely beautiful—clean, modern, and exactly as pictured. Juan Antonio was incredibly responsive and made the entire check-in process smooth and stress-free. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the mall and nearby grocery stores, which made everything super convenient. Whether you’re in town for business or relaxation, this spot is perfect. I’m already looking forward to returning again soon. Highly recommended!

Jorge was incredibly helpful and kind. helped us out anytime information or items were needed. Excellent, quiet unit. One thing to note is that you'll need taxi or Uber to get around. it's in a nice residential area

This listing is amazing. I loved every minute spent there. The parking was secure and easy to find, the rooms were stunning, and the kitchen had everything needed in order to cook. Its very cozy and perfect for sleeping in. Everyone was very responsive and there for me when I needed something. I loved the location as well, close to Boca Chica and close to the airport. The supermarket is also very close by as well.

Everything went well and the host was always available. He provided extra sheets and was friendly and kind. Apartment is close to everything and super spacious. Recommend!

Excellent. The apartment was very nice and centrally located. Both on foot and by car, you could easily get anywhere. Albania is an excellent and kind host, and always responded quickly. A very good service. Thank you for everything Albania and maybe see you next time.
