Built in 1856 during the Settlement Era of Madison County, it is one of nearly 100 stone houses built during that time in the area. Officially named the William Anzi Nichols House, it is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. A grocery story, eating establishments, gift shops and community center are conveniently located in the downtown area. Friendly Quarters operates as a non-profit organization to support the missions and ministries of Earlham Friends (Quaker) Church located right next door.

This mind blowing Sunset View Ranch has just what any family would want for a weekend to relax! There are 5 bedrooms to sleep 10 people comfortably or 6 singles. Fully equipped kitchen. 2 acres of open space for the kids, including a small basketball court to play on. We have made it our mission to make sure our guests stay in a healthy environment. The interior of the house is cleaned and disinfected on each Monday or after our guests leave.
