Alexanderplatz in Berlin can be easily reached by public transport in 35-40 minutes. By car, it is about 20 minutes. Boat and canoe rental near the vacation home.

Fantastically beautiful, spacious house right on Lake Glienicker. The Groß Glienicker See, located in southwestern Berlin, is a true recreational area with island flair. Unser gemütliches Heim liegt in der Kleinstadt Erkner. Die Umgebung ist geprägt durch Wälder und Seen. Die Spree ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Unser Paddelboot kann gerne für Wasserausflüge genutzt werden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls zahlreich vorhanden. Berlin ist mit der Regionalbahn in weniger als eine halbe Stunde zu erreichen. Unser kleiner Garten verfügt über eine überdachte Terrasse und lädt zum entspannten Grillabend ein.

Vacation home on the water - close to the city

Our cottage is located in Berlin-Gatow and opposite Villa Lemm. Quiet in the countryside, only a few meters away from the water and yet you are in the center in 25 minutes - whether by car or public transport. Perfect place to relax after an exciting day in the capital. On the other side a true dog paradise with lots of nature for extensive walks, for paddle and bike tours on the Havel or the Havel bike path. There are swimming spots and playgrounds.

You'll love the family-friendly place because of the great surroundings and the plenty of space; a swimming area is within sight a stone's throw away; a SUP for exploring the lake is available. Completely renovated bungalow just off the water and only 30 minutes from Berlin center. From the living room with open kitchen you have a great water view. There is also a cozy double bedroom and a beautiful terrace with a beach chair for romantic hours right on the water. There are sunbeds, barbecue and rowing boat upon request. The bathroom and shower are located outside the bungalow and are shared with other guests of the marina.

Our house is located just 30 minutes from the center of Berlin, quietly on a conservation area. There is direct access to the lake, where swimming is allowed, but it is mostly used only as a fishing lake. The house is renovated and technically up to date, including electric shutters, Wi-Fi, Netflix, PrimeVideo, Disney+ and all Sky packages. With wooden playground, hammocks, porch swing, sun loungers and a large terrace for barbecuing.

Garden house on the Havel

This cozy garden house on the Havel is located right on the Berlin-Copenhagen cycle path. Here you can enjoy the garden in the hammock, jump on the trampoline, go paddle boarding on the Havel, make stick bread and much more. The 400 square meter garden is only 30 steps from the Havel. You can walk the paddleboard from the garden gate into the water. There is a small public swimming area. The Havel is also ideal for swimming.
