Beautiful place, the outside area is right at the canal. It is a perfect to relax.

Perfect stay. Very large and comfortable bed, great shower. Desk available for working. Beautifully decorated. Everything very clean. Super quiet surroundings, right in the middle of nature. Recommended to escape the hustle of the city. Philip was very friendly and accommodating, thank you for the pleasant stay. We would love to stay again!

We stayed in the vacation home on the lake for a good week in May 2025 and enjoyed this time of rest. The cottage is located directly on the Rahmersee and the view from the winter garden to the lake is simply fantastic at any time of the day and year. If you are looking for peace, far from any hustle and bustle, you are in wonderful hands here. Also for our dog, the cottage with the beautiful natural garden was a great pleasure. Beautiful cottage in the countryside and on the water! Great that there are canoes, rowing boats and SUPs for free use - we have made extensive use of it. The houses are fully equipped (there is even a dishwasher) and lovingly and tastefully furnished. We felt very comfortable! A tiny point of criticism is that the description does not clearly state that these are several, partly built cottages, so you are definitely in the house undisturbed, but not alone on the beautiful, spacious property.

A very nice place to stay, we were there with four people and completely satisfied. Good infrastructure, shopping, public transport connection, car towards Berlin. But also a beautiful, worth-seeing area there. Thx 🌸🌸🌸

Really cool vacation spot for people who are looking for a quiet place with lots of little activities to do. They had an awesome garden and on the Lakeside with its own rowboat. Antje and her daughter took really good care of me as well would 100% recommend.

This is our second visit this trip and will be there again in the next 5 week.

Our stay in Berlin was fantastic! It was easy to communicate with the host, the self-check-in was perfectly organized. Finding the keys was easy and convenient and there were two sets available. The apartment was well-equipped, with a dishwasher being a huge plus. It was spacious, bright, and beautifully designed. The location was ideal, right next to the metro, making it super convenient. Overall, it was perfect and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

We were invited to a wedding and were looking for a place to stay with many other family members. It was a great fit and in addition to the beds, you also have more options for sleeping. That means there are several sleeping places. Also, it was clean and there were a lot of things you could use for the stay.

We enjoyed staying with John very much, we were nicely received by his father. In the apartment itself, everything was clean and tidy and exactly as in the photos/description. Good access to public transport and yet quiet location. Personal tips from John were also in the apartment, so we tried a restaurant from his recommendations directly. The bed is extremely comfortable if you like it soft! John was also very flexible at check-out and we were able to stay longer at short notice. Overall, we highly recommend the apartment and John. Thanks a lot! :)

We had a very great time at the place. The surroundings are beautiful and the apartment is lovingly furnished. There is everything you need for a stay. We were there with the bikes and is a good environment for bike rides. In addition, the bikes were convenient for shopping and for driving to restaurants in the area, because the timing of public transport is logically lower than in the city. We would definitely go again.

I can fully recommend the apartment, for short visits and also longer. On the first weekend of May, we were in the quiet apartment and felt at home. The apartment delivers what the listing promises and more: we really felt comfortable. Practical and tastefully furnished, comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen, bathroom optimal and a spacious workspace. Simone and Stephan are perfect hosts, communication was smooth and the two welcomed us warmly. The lake is an oasis in the city and we were able to end the evening on the terrace in the blooming air. It is also close to the bus and supermarket. What else could you ask for? We'll be back for sure, maybe for a workation! Thank You!

We were at Sybil's for the second time. We immediately felt at home. The apartment is lovingly and tastefully furnished. Particularly nice for us was again the large terrace from which we had a great view of the park-like garden. We could reach the Schlachtensee directly through the garden door. This lake is a real gem, both for swimming and for walking. The path around the lake is also perfect suitable for a jog. Sybil is the perfect host!!! For our day trips to Berlin city center and also to Potsdam, we have the S-Bahn lines within walking distance used. That made our tours very relaxed. We will definitely come back again.

Neli's accommodation is superbly equipped and generously sized. Everything you need is available, including extra linens and towels. Neli was always available and responded quickly. We were there with a baby and toddler and got along wonderfully; there are plenty of toys and space to run and play. At night, it is quite loud according to the location, but you accept that when you book in the middle of Friedrichshain. Public transport in all directions can be reached in a few minutes. We felt very comfortable!

The apartment, located directly on the lake, is very suitable for four people. From the living room, kitchen and one of the bedrooms, you have a beautiful view of the lake. From a private jetty you can jump into the lake and swim wonderfully. Hanne responded very quickly to questions and was very helpful. We highly recommend the place and host.

Wonderfully secluded and yet you can quickly get to Potsdam and Berlin. It was particularly nice for our dog.

We felt very comfortable and at home in the cottage. Heavenly location on the Spree, you are all to yourself. The entire super furnished house could be used incl. Leisure equipment and deck chairs. Everything was there! Just great, would come back any time. Thank you for the hospitality dear Manja and Thorsten

Very nicely located vacation home with direct lake access through the forest. Very well maintained with high-end amenities and warm communication with Yvonne. We will be back :)

We spent a nice week together as friends with our children. The two/three huts were good for spending time together as well as retreating separately. The covered terrace is great and we spent most of the time there with food, etc. Communication with the host was straightforward and we also liked the boat trip very much with the children, a nice end to our trip.

It was a very relaxing stay. The house is cozy, quietly located in beautiful nature and well equipped. The lake, fireplace and sauna were highlights.

Beautiful accommodation, great for large groups. We were eight adults and two toddlers. The kitchen is well equipped and of high quality. For the children, everything was also available, including various high chairs, potties, etc. And the children's room was packed with great toys and books to read. The garden of the property is spacious and beautiful. The lake is very close. Communication with Stephan was easy and pleasant.

We had a wonderful time in this house – such a cozy and high-quality home is really rare. The many natural materials and the loving, thoughtful design ideas have given us great pleasure and inspired us. Kai and Katja are extremely warm and pleasant hosts. Your honest care, valuable tips and delicious homemade apple pie made our stay unforgettable. Thank you very much – we will be happy to come back! Erik & Irina
