This beautiful little house is at times my working studio and at times it gives place to artists or non-artists who are looking for a quiet place to work or a quiet place to draw back or to come back to in the evening! It is a walk-down studio, which is very light because of the skylight in the middle of the room. Cafés, restaurants, stores and supermarkeds are all around. Public transportation is great and in walking distance. Coming out of the quiet backyard, the streets are very lifely.

Big, private bathroom with shower, bath tube, washing machine, dryer. Max capacity is 4 adults but recommended occupancy is 3 adults or a family with 2 children.

The Stasi prison Hohenschönhausen is just 10 minutes by car. The property is fenced and is located directly at the nature reserve. Parking possible on the premises by arrangement. The perfect balance between recreation and metropolis, with relaxation in front of the fireplace or a barbecue evening on the terrace.

The vacation home in Berlin was completely renovated and redesigned in 2020 within just seven months with the support of trend architect Jürgen Krüger! In the approx. 130 square meters, up to 10 people can stay on two floors. The entire house has separate air conditioning, WiFi & satellite TV in each living room and bedroom. We hope that with the renovations we have found a cozy and warm interior design style and that there is something for all ages!
