This place was absolutely perfect! It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The location was great, It’s just a 2-minute walk to the beach! The hosts were so thoughtful and made us feel right at home and the housekeepers were friendly. We especially loved the game area and the swimming pool—it was such a treat for both fun and relaxation. The pool was pristine, and the game area kept everyone entertained for hours. What made our stay even more special was the catering service they offer! You can order delicious food and have it delivered right to the villa. It’s so convenient, making this place perfect for hosting birthdays, family gatherings, or other special events without any hassle. This property exceeded our expectations in every way. It’s ideal for families, couples, or anyone looking for a mix of comfort, convenience, and fun. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and can’t wait to come back for another stay! Kudos to the owners, salamat po!

Although the host waa not that responsive, we were able to navigate the locale easily because the owners were very accomodating as well as the staff. Only problem was the water it was too scarce, but we understood since there were a lot of people booked over the holidays and were using a lot of water for sure. We loved the local restaurant which was 4km away from the resort. It was great value for what we paid for really enjoyed our stay there, might come back soon!

Great place to chill and unwind. Nothing fancy, but the place has everything you'll need for a quick getaway. The caretaker was very friendly and was and assisted us with gathering our stuff during check out. My only gripe about the place is the water. Not the hosts fault but I think it's the water supply itself, probably from a deep well which causes the "salty/rusty smell and color. This probably is what causes the fixings on the bathroom to rust and since it is near the beach will also cause other parts of the house to rust faster. I'd just suggest maybe have a water filtration system for the homes water supply. Everything else is good, we enjoyed our stay and will consider this place again for future trips.

It's a nice and peaceful place to unwind far from the city life. Not a beach front area but pretty close and you can walk for few minutes to the beach. No wifi provided but signal is strong for your own data. No tv provided. Overall it was a relaxing stay and Evie our pet dog was very happy too, she had freedom to roam around the area even with other animals around.

The host is very responsive. My family enjoyed the place. Free use of kayak is a plus.

We had a great stay. Sulit sa price. Very homey experience. Sobrang relaxing ung nature feel. Definitely worth the stay at will recommend this place sa ibang friends that intend to visit dagupan

The place is very spacious, had no problem accommodating our group of 15 people. Ledz is very responsive host, and the staffs are topnotch, very polite & respectful. Would definitely recommend to others who want to have a quite yet scenic place to stay. The pinned location can be improved though, to exactly locate the property. Overall, it was a great staycation!

Great place for a family reunion. Rooms were spacious and staff very helpful, they even cooked food we bought from the local fishermen. Going down the street to Lingayen beach walk is worth it as the beach across the street can sometimes be filled with trash after the fisherman's haul. It was still a nice beach though. Overall I would stay here again.

Our stay at Ms. Cathy’s private beach villa was awesome and had a wonderful experience. The place was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and very private, with large rooms that were perfect for our family. The host was responsive, and the caretakers on-site were very helpful and accommodating. Wi-Fi also worked well during our stay, which was a nice bonus. There are a few things that could use a bit of tweaking, like the lighting—especially around the grill area, so you can enjoy the beach view even at night. One of the toilets wasn’t flushing properly, but it was quickly fixed by the caretaker, which we appreciated. Despite the minor issues, we truly loved our stay and would definitely recommend this place. It’s peaceful, comfortable, and great for family getaways.

Staffs are very friendly. Altho we weren’t able to try their food since the restau is closed due to pandemic, we still able to celebrate new year with fresh air and peaceful environment.

We had such an amazing time at this villa! The place was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. One of the highlights for us was the pool—it was the perfect spot to cool off and relax during the day. We also really enjoyed the videoke setup; it was such a hit, especially since almost everyone in our group loves to sing. It added so much fun to our evenings! The villa had everything we needed, and the host was super accommodating and easy to communicate with. We’re already talking about coming back for another stay!

We recently stayed at this beach resort for a family reunion, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The place is clean, well-maintained, and the rooms are comfortable. The pool is a nice feature, and the host was very accommodating and responsive throughout our stay. However, a few things could be improved. While the resort is beachfront, the sand isn’t white and the seawater isn’t very clear, so we ended up spending more time at the pool. Also, the check-in and check-out time only gave us 21 hours at the property, which felt too short—especially since it had been a long time since I was reunited with my siblings. Unfortunately, we couldn’t extend our stay as the room was already booked for the next guest. The cleaners were also quite eager to start preparing the rooms, so we had to move our things to the pavilion while we were still packing up. Despite these issues, we still appreciated the clean space and friendly service. With a bit more flexibility in scheduling, this could

1,000,000 stars out of 10! This place is majestic! Sir Noel (the owner) was very kind in answering all our questions prior to our booking. Upon booking, Giovanni (the general manager), was very helpful in all our concerns prior to check-in. When we get to the place, we were in awe. This is the first time we booked a place that’s true to it’s claims and descriptions. Here are some things we appreciated: - Very pristine everything! The gazebo, the pool, the grounds, the kitchen, the washrooms! - Very friendly and helpful staff! We felt very at home because of all of them. They were very willing to assist us in everything we need and buy some stuff for us and showed us how to get around - Complimentary breakfast. Prepared on time and very thought of. - Worth your ₱ money! The place is very serene and calming. We stayed during the holy week and we did have a lot of time to reflect, rest and reset with all 15 of us without any worries! We will be back for sure 1,000,000 times!

The place is perfect for small family. Host is very responsive and caretaker is very approachable. House is complete and parking is huge. We will surely book again

We love our stay, it feels like home. We rented the room on the second floor as it is exclusive of the fee that we paid (hoping that they update their description that you will only rent the ground floor rooms). Nonetheless, the host was great and the place is amazing. Highly recommended.
