Entire upstairs is the master suite w/ attached bath & beautiful walk-in shower. Complete w/ a comfy king size bed. The main floor living room has a half bath, Full kitchen/dining area w/ everything you need for daily meals. A queen air mattress is provided until our murphy bed is delivered. A small fenced yard w/ turf for pets is attached. Smart tv, WiFi & laundry room.

The bathroom offers an amazing shower experience and you can easily wash all the sand and salt water off after spending the entire day on the beach. This is in the heart of PCB with a local grocery store less than a half a mile away. This townhouse has everything you will need to enjoy a day at the beach including cooler, 4 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas and sand toys.

Our townhome is a great alternative to the crowded, local hotels. It has a pool right outside the backdoor and is about a block from the beach. You can relax on your balcony as you watch the kids play in the pool below. You will love to cook in the stocked kitchen with everything you need. The townhome is within walking distance to a popular local bar and an amazing coffee shop but out of the major traffic areas of PCB. You will not regret staying at this cozy beach townhome. Dogs stay free.

From the moment that you arrive at Sunset Palms, to when you tour each room and experience the decorating details, you will know that you are in a special place. We hope that the experience of staying in our vacation rental will mirror the natural and tropical experience of our beautiful beach. When you aren't at the beach, take a swim in the pool in the back yard. This home is a 7 minute drive to Pier Park and 8 minute drive to Rosemary Beach / 30A. 2 Bed / 1.5 Bath. This unit shares the pool area with its identical twin (unit A). Each unit has their own private back deck with grill and outdoor dining table.
