Located in Gages (12630) 15 km (20’) from the center of Rodez. 43 m2 of living space including 12 m2 in mezzanine. Laundry (washing machine, dryer, freezer). South facing terrace of 14 m2 with gas plancha and shade sail. Attached to the owners' house but totally independent.
