It has an outdoor terrace and a private garden with different entrances, table, chairs and private sun loungers. There is community wifi and also a higher quality, private and free wifi exclusively for my guests

Nice house 300 meters from the sea with a small garden, terrace and porch. Recently built. Two bedrooms, one bathroom + outdoor shower with hot water. Kitchen, living room and dining room in one open space. Very comfortable and bright. Very complete furnishings. Very quiet street near the sea in an area with magnificent beaches. Parking is always available in front of the house.

Nice little house providing all comforts with a beautiful view of Sóller. It has a garden and a swimming pool. A large terrace. Very well equipped kitchen. Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation or unwind. Due to the local Balearic Islands taxes, the ecotax should be payed directly ( for 2025 it is 2 euros/ person/day ( for over 16 years old only) + 10% VAT.
