Monthly Rentals in Palm Valley

Kelly and Bob have a great place that is very close to Route A1A in Ponte Vedra Beach, retail stores, restaurants, and the beach. We had the added bonus of being within a mile of family. The condo was very spacious and well-appointed. Everything was as we imagined it, and more. We hope to have the opportunity for a return stay in the not-too-distant future. Mark

Just finished up a wonderful stay at Paradise Palms Estate! We are a very busy family of 5 and enjoyed some much needed downtime together in an absolutely gorgeous, peaceful setting! We loved unwinding at the pool, taking advantage of the home gym each morning and also making dinner together in the beautiful (well-stocked) kitchen while relaxing at night. Cassandra was extremely responsive with any questions we had! Would love to get back to visit at some point again very soon!

Dania was very responsive to our communications, and extremely helpful! Her villa was exactly as described. Accessing the villa was very convenient, parking in the front with a short walk to the front door, unlike may of the rentals in Sawgrass where you have exterior steps to access the unit. We enjoyed our stay in her beautiful, well-appointed villa, and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a vacation rental in Sawgrass.
