Leia and Marcos were absolutely wonderful hosts! They were very welcoming, gave me a great introductory tour of the loft with lots of good recommendations, and they could not have been kinder. The loft itself was well appointed and spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the whole apartment was very clean. Lagoa is also an excellent neighborhood to stay, very safe and walkable with many good restaurants nearby. Thanks again!

I am writing to reinforce the positive reviews of the accommodation, because the first time they were essential for booking, and again, I felt well received, welcomed and safe. The accommodation is exactly as described and shown in the photos: impeccably clean, cozy and quiet. This is a great location for those going to UFSC to study, both by car and on foot (despite the slope to climb back, it is super close to the UFSC Events Center). Rangel was super attentive, fast, effective and cordial communication. My roommate and I were very well taken care of by Vinicius and Eliane. They promptly assisted us when we requested. Positive point = Location. Excellent mattress and pillow. Complimentary coffee maker and coffee powder. =)

Micheal is a great host! The place is clean , cute and comfortable! Walkable to the beach, restaurants, shops, Bakery and pharmacy.

I loved the stay! João was super helpful in everything we needed. The apartment is extremely cozy and complete, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is large and spacious, the condominium has a market, a gym... Everything is of excellent quality. The location is great, short distance to the lagoon, downtown.. I will definitely come back other times.

Comfortable apartment for 3/4 people. The only bad thing is the bathroom in the room, the rest is perfect. I would add an electric oven. Relatively close to the beach and the supermarket.

The accommodation is in a quiet region, with little outside noise. It's easy to get around anywhere in uber and there's a small nearby market that can be very helpful. We received the extremely clean and organized space and the Host's instructions were very accurate.

Great apartment, quiet place, shops nearby. Extremely clean apartment, dishes in great condition, equipped kitchen, bed and bath linen well clean and comfortable. José Henrique was a great host, very attentive to everything I needed. The coffee powder, detergent, sponge and small comforts for the arriving guest make a difference. I'll be back for sure!

Our stay at Regina's place was impeccable. We had flexibility in check-in and check-out, which helped us a lot on the Easter holiday and the trips we needed to make. You can see the effort in the finishing details and hospitality of the host. The accommodation also has an important concern with waste separation, which we think is great! If you are looking for a quiet place, close to the gastronomic center of Jurerê and at the same time want to feel at home, we recommend that you book a few days at this accommodation.

Super nice place, very modern and well equipped. In a prime location in Novo Campeche. 2 minute walk to the beach and there are loads of nice restaurants and things around. The hosts have been more than accommodating. In fact they are the best Airbnb hosts I have dealt with. Very helpful. They regularly cleaned the apartment and made it spotless. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

The apartment is beautiful, very nicely decorated, equipped and located. It has a wide range of towels, linens and utensils, as well as a beautiful view of the beach. It is on a quiet street, with a grocery store immediately next door and several excellent restaurants nearby. The location is so convenient that you don't need to use a car or app-based transportation — everything can be done on foot. Simone was an excellent host: attentive, kind and always available to make our stay even better. In addition, she was extremely helpful and kind in making our check-in and check-out more flexible, which made all the difference in our trip. We will certainly return on our next visits to Florianópolis.

We stayed in a super cozy studio, well decorated and with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is great, you can do everything on foot and the beach is beautiful! The condominium is quiet, has a great vibe and excellent structure. We would definitely come back!

For those who want quiet and do not like a crowded beach this is the perfect place.... little sand space, practically deserted beach...the sea has no waves. We love this. There is little structure in the beach area.... no bars and restaurants, which for us was not an issue. Deia's loft is well as demonstrated in the photos.... TD well cleaned. We stayed in four people there... my two children slept on the sofa bed. The kitchen is all planned and Deia gently left two bottles of water ice cold. I suggest bringing paninho to the kitchen counter (perfeitox). In the announcement it said there would be fans, but we only saw one, but it was enough. Although the owner was traveling, he left family responsible for the site and these were kind. We like it very much... we will certainly be back!

Extremely true to the ad, impeccable and very well organized cleaning. Thiago and Janice are extremely kind, receptive and supportive. We received super well, in addition to providing various information and tourist tips, greatly facilitating the schedule to get to know several different places. We had a wonderful stay in Praia da Pinheira! The site met our expectations and Giane was an extremely helpful and attentive host. We were very well received, the space follows the standard described in the listing, very good location, safe accommodation with garage. Nearby restaurants, beach a few kilometers away, loft with good size and well equipped.

This is the third year I have stayed with Kátia and Carlos on the beach of Pinheira, and only confirmed the good impression of the other two times. Very close to everything (beaches, markets, places to snack or tour), and a great reception. Next Year I intend to return 😃😃
