Quiet place, super clean and organized dependencies, responsive and helpful host. Super recommend

The place is spotlessly clean and organized. It is well located, close to restaurants, bakeries, cafes, markets, even has a small market within the condominium. It has availability of parking spaces to park the car. The condominium offers study room, gym, very comfortable leisure area. The hostess is a very communicative person, with great tips for walks, she has the wonderful Lucky (cat), well cared for and smelling. Super recommend it, it was an amazing experience.

The stay was excellent, Gi was always very helpful, quick response, left us fruit, water and a small fridge as a welcome, super clean apartment and exactly as shown in the photos. Good internet, good bed linens and towels, soap in the bathroom and an excellent shower. Barbecue area on the balcony worked perfectly, great exhaust fan, zero smoke. Condominium with swimming pool, mini market and 1 parking space. I highly recommend it and I will definitely be back. Quiet place, spacious suite, check-in was time-consuming, I was able to enter the APARTMENT only at 6 p.m., Alexsandro communicative always trying to assist, but when I needed to change the date, it did not meet my request, so from my point of view it met my expectations,but the check-in and the change of date is to be wished.

The Vanessa Studio is very practical! Great for those looking for comfort and tranquility in a beautiful region of Florianópolis, which is the gastronomic route of Coqueiros. We were the first guests of the site. The building is new, has a good gym and even gourmet space. We recommend!

First did that I use the App, and first did that I went to Palhoça, so I had some doubts and Carina was super attentive and answered all the doubts, very friendly. Positivo Points, a very quiet place, with lots of green area, very quiet and very close to Guarda do Embaú beach. We leave the car every day at the inn and have always been ape to the beach. nearby market, various food options. Anyway, it was very apene.🙏🙌 Negative Points, sorry we have nothing to say. This absolutely beautiful flat is worth staying in for the view alone: we loved the hammock with the vista of the forest. The decoration was also lovely, and the neighbourhood is not only safe but leads directly to a beach and a nature reserve of dunes that is perfect for nature-lovers. Thank you very much! We'd love to be back one day.

Apt very clean and organized,has all the necessary items for the stay ,the condominium has a very good structure and private access to the beach .

Amanda is a great host, responsive and helpful! Location was peaceful, convenient store attached, and very good value for the money. Only downside was no hot water in kitchen but was not a big problem. Clean drinking water filter in kitchen, good TV setup, Nice hammock to relax on by the window too. Recommend!

Ricardo & Gabriela were great hosts! Great communication and the rental was amazing. The apartment had everything we needed - comfortable beds, washer/dryer, kitchen supplies for cooking and eating, 2 bathrooms with hot showers, and more. The condominium also has a wonderful pool, hot tub, sauna, play room for kids, and a beautiful walkway that goes down to the beach. We saw so much wildlife on the walkway and on the beach! Capybaras, monkeys, turtles, crabs, and many beautiful birds. Within walking distance of the apt there's a supermarket and a few restaurants, so if you don't feel like driving but need some food or home supplies, it's not a problem! Gabriela was very helpful with quick responses to all of our messages. Our stay was so good we were looking at prices of homes in the neighborhood because this is just an amazing place. 10/10 one of the best places we've ever been.

Vinicius is very kind and available. Condo: - Quiet. - wonderful gardens. - a very functional gym. The weather wasn't good, because it rained, so we couldn't use the outdoor pool, however the outdoor pool looked luxurious and the heated pool exquisite. Inside the condominium there is a small mini-market that helps you with the basics. Comfortable and functional apartment; kitchen with good appliance implementation. Consider that the beach is a 10-minute walk away.

The accommodation was very neat and met the need and expectation! Excellent!

Perfect places! Fully equipped house, right between Pinheira and Guarda. 15-20 minutes walk to the beach, whether in Pinheira through the city or through Guarda via trail (flat, quiet at the back of the house). Close to the center and markets, we did everything on foot! A place to decompress and Carol was a sweetheart, from the moment we arrived, she gave us tips and even a map!

I loved staying at Mana's house! From booking to staying, Hamilton was very communicative and responsive, always friendly. We were greeted with an excellent colonial coffee, and we already felt welcome there. The house is very cute, comfortable and cozy, fully equipped with all the items for a good stay. And the coolest thing is that it's just minutes from the beach, so you can walk and enjoy the environment as a local. I'll definitely be back more often! Thanks for the welcome!

House in a super quiet place. Easy to reach and very quiet to go to both Guarda and Pinheira beach on foot (small trail where it does not pass a car next to the house, so do not believe in the time on foot from the house to the beach proposed by Google maps, since the trail does not appear on the map: it is 15min walk to Guarda beach). Vicente and Vânia respond quickly and Vânia was available all the time to help us. We look forward to coming back :)

When I booked, I was afraid because I only had one evaluation but even then I and my family went. But for our happiness everything was perfect! The host answered me all the time, the house is super comfortable, friendly and kind people. The house is well located with access to several pine and markets. We love the place 🫶🏼
