With tv area, dining area, bedroom area and kitchenette area (fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle) it makes a compact base for exploring Suffolk and the Norfolk Broads. Located in the old town centre, 5 minute walk from the high street, and 15 minutes walk from the station and beach. Sorry - not suitable for children under 8 years.

Studio Annex and bathroom, set back behind our own house accessed via a shared side road. We are just a 10 minute walk from Pakefield beach with various shops, supermarkets and more just across the road. There is private parking available for up to two cars and a private garden with a seating area. We are pet friendly and have 1 travel cot and 1 small pull down camp bed available on request. There is a small £10 fee for pets at the time of booking.

Seagulls Rest is a beautiful, modern holiday home on the peaceful Broadlands Park and Marina at Oulton Broad. Modernised in 2021 to very high standards. We are a short walk to the marina, parks, children's play areas and nature reserve. A variety of independent restaurants and bars are in walking distance and we are a short drive to award winning beaches that are child and dog friendly.
