After driving from Santiago we arrived late afternoon at the property , where we were greeted by hosts Meret and her husband Bernado. They are renovating the 100 year old mud house themselves together with friends , and we were lucky to be among the first guests to stay at this accommodation in one of the finished rooms. Everything was modern and very well equipped ,without losing the original character . Sitting on the patio , sipping wine and watching the stars come out in the billons was amazing ! Exact photos of the place. Carmen's parents (who were the ones who welcomed us) were always very nice and helpful, although we always kept in touch with Carmen. Place with well equipped kitchen, good shower, no problems with water (no pressure, no temperature), very comfortable beds. 1 block from the square and from where buses leave to get to the different places you want to visit.

House located in a quiet atmosphere and with an incredible view from the hill. The hosts are very willing to answer any questions. The house comes with everything you need for your stay. There is a kitten who likes to roam the house (if you are not cat lovers it may not be nice) , she is very docile and affectionate. If you are with kids, the pool will be the oasis to relax after visiting places. I hope to be back soon as we are happy to stay soon.

Excellent stay, a clean and spacious place, the bed was very comfortable, I love it!... The photos don't show how beautiful it is in person, we stayed in a room totally away from the main house, kind of underground with windows that give sunlight, especially to rest! Paola is very kind and welcoming, I emphasize the cleanliness of everything! I recommend it 100%... Thank you

The experience of staying with Gigliola was fantastic! It was the best reception and it remained so even though it was a long stay. Gigliola is very kind, polite, attentive and always ready to help. The apartment is excellent, a super comfortable bed and all the privacy I needed to work in the home office. Everything works very well in the apartment. I am very happy and satisfied to have chosen to stay with Gigliola. Thank you for everything

A fabulous stay! The stay is as pictured and advertised, with everything one needs for a comfortable stay. What really stands out is the kindness and generosity of Marcela and Alfredo. They truly go above and beyond as hosts. They gave us rides to/from the bus station in Vicuna to their property, and also invited us to join them at events in their community. It was a pleasure visiting with them in their lovely garden over a cup of coffee. They live in a small and friendly community that is accessible by bus. Even without a car, it was easy to catch the bus just a 5 minute walk from their home to ride to Pisco Elqui and enjoy the beauty of Elqui Valley. I highly recommend a stay at Marcela and Alfredo's peaceful oasis under the stars, and would gladly stay again.

Quiet place, very good service from the respective hosts. Excellent professionals for astronomical presentations. Good location of the enclosure for road access, as well as for the interior of the valley and made the main route

Everything super. I was received by Ares's mom and everything quiet, she highlighted independence in the place and her stay. To very hot and had to be closed by mosquitoes but I recommend fan and everything is still excellent as we did, thank you for everything!!
