This one-bedroom, air-conditioned condominium is a gem, offering exceptional comfort, cleanliness, and a truly relaxing atmosphere. From the moment we walked in, we were struck by how immaculate the condo was. It's clear the owners take great pride in maintaining a high standard. The decor throughout the unit is harmonious, with a pleasing color palette and a continuity in the decorations that creates a serene and welcoming environment. The comfortable furniture was an added bonus, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. The living room features a large TV equipped with most of the popular streaming app subscriptions, which was a nice touch for evening relaxation. One of the standout features for us was the bedroom. The king-sized bed provided the best sleep I’ve had in years! It came with a thick foam topper, which was heavenly. For those who prefer a different feel, the topper can be easily removed. Thanks, Gail. We are coming back next year.

Beautiful place and area. Right on the beach, which was amazing. Lots of towels, no need to bring your own shampoo, etc. as those are provided. Well stocked kitchen too. Beach chairs, etc. were also provided. Great trip! We will be back!

The stay was special to say the least. It was private and the walkable beach was quiet and beautiful. The town of Kihei has everything you need with close stores, restaurants, gas stations and snorkel rental. The house was perfect for our family with a space our child could sleep free of noise from the rest of the house while we were awake so we could enjoy the ocean from the porch and the jacuzzi tub. Would definitely stay again while on Maui!

Robert was amazing to deal with! Great communicator, very accommodating of the guest, and seemed very genuine. The Westin at Kaanapali speaks for itself! It has everything…pools, great location, awesome beach front ! Had a great ocean view! And view of the pools! The room was very spacious. It was just two of us but we could have had two more people on the sofa bed easily. Small kitchen with full fridge and ice maker allowed for in room meal accommodations and cold refreshments. Spacious bathroom . It was five star plus! We had a hard time leaving… it was perfect and there is always so much to do in Hawaii.

Gary's place is beautiful! The description on the listing does not do it justice. The Nanea is a dream resort with everything you need. I would stay here again, without hesitation.

This place is an absolute oasis. The freedom to walk a mere few steps directly into the Pacific Ocean was bliss. It wasn't cheap, but it was worth every dollar and I definitely intend to return some day. Highly recommend.

Great location. Had a minor issue, but Lisa was on top of it . Making sure we were enjoying our trip. Would recommend to anyone visiting Maui! Mahalo!

Beautiful space- views and ocean front sounds of crashing waves were amazing. And so much sea turtle activity. Never stayed in a place with such a well stocked kitchen with pans and cooking implements. First rate. Very quiet area and a larger beach for swimming is a couple blocks walk away.

If this listing is still available and you're hesitating on booking- you are so lucky and should book it before it's gone! The ocean view alone for this unit is better than any resort on the island. We watched sunsets and whales playing in the ocean from the privacy of our lanai. The beach in front of the building is quiet and gorgeous. The amenities for the unit and building are great- washer and dryer so you can pack light, beach chairs so you don't have to rent from Snorkel Bobs, and a very well maintained, clean grill downstairs if you want to cook your own food. Our host was extra sweet and accommodated a late check out so we had a few more hours to spend in Maui on our last day. To be honest- we think staying at the Aston Mahana made our trip from great to unforgettable. There wasn't a single negative thing that happened during our stay, and will definitely be rebooking this unit when we come back to visit beautiful Maui.

This place is a cozy abode tucked in a scenic nook of Maui's bustling Kihei town. The condo was well maintained, clean and easy to find. They also gave us valuable suggestions about surrounding restaurants and things to do. The condo's location makes it easily accessible to the neighboring highway. Whether you might want to go to Lahaina or Hilo, reaching the highway is rather quick from this location. Loved our stay at this place.

Our stay could not have been better. The unit was very well equipped, had everything we needed. The view gland location could not be beat. We will definitely be back!

The condo layout is wonderful. Two bedrooms with two bathrooms is perfect for two women friends traveling together. The sunrises that are seen from the lanai are beautiful and we got some fantastic pictures. We saw sea turtles every afternoon when they came in to feed off the rocks right in front of the condo! I went down to the waters edge and would watch them for a long time. The location was lovely, and we walked to the harbor, Starbucks, and the aquarium. The food trucks in Kehei are excellent. We would definitely stay again.

Tracy’s place in Kihei was perfect. It’s close to everything—beaches, food, shops, you name it. The unit was spotless, felt like home, and had everything we needed for both the stay and the beach. Waking up to the ocean view and walking down to Lava Java for coffee each morning was the cherry on top. We loved our time here and will definitely be back!

I really enjoyed staying at Truman’s property. I came with a friend for another friend’s wedding and it was very close to things, especially snorkeling. Just about 10 min drive to really good snorkeling. If you do the molokini crater snorkel, there are boat options that pick you up in Kihei. The property was really clean and honestly had everything I could have possibly needed. They had a steamer, sunblock, aloe, snorkeling kits, etc. Only thing is I wish they had conditioner. A/C worked well and the kitchen and bathroom were so clean. Unfortunately, I had to leave early but they were great in terms of communication. If I ever come back to Maui, I’d definitely stay again!

The condo was perfect for the last part of our vacation. The beach was beautiful and we got the chance to swim a bunch and see some turtles!! It was so nice to have a full kitchen and be able to cook a little. Great location easy to find and Craig was incredibly helpful the whole time!! I would absolutely stay here again!!

This place was absolutely perfect with Spectacular views just steps from the water. It was everything we hoped it would be and more. We loved having breakfast and dinner on the lanai overlooking the water. You just can’t beat the tranquil view of the pacific. Our host Dee was super helpful and very responsive. The description and photos in the listing were 100% accurate. The property itself was immaculate and quiet. Location wise, you can’t beat this place. Walking distance to multiple good food places and the main highway easily accessible. Inside the unit, Everything was very clean, easily accessible with Laminated Instructions for the fans, air conditioning, coffee pot were all conveniently located. Beach chairs, towels, noodles, snorkel gear were all provided and good condition. All in all you can’t beat this place and we would 100% book here again.

Condo was amazing! Very quiet, clean corner unit! We loved listening to the waves and watching turtles swim in the water right from the lanai. Beds were extremely comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. Kitchen very well stocked! What was a huge hit to our kids of 8 & 10, was the boogie boards, pool noodles, sand toys, and we loved having good beach chairs and umbrella ready to use when we got there. They also have a cooler which was a huge bonus too! We only wish we could’ve stayed longer! Very quiet. TVs were easy to use in all the rooms. Only minor suggestion would be to describe where the elevators are….we took the stairs our first time bc we and another family checking into a different unit, didn’t realize they were back towards the front of the building. Not a big deal at all after we figured it out! Highly recommend this unit!

This place was absolutely perfect for us! The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of everything we wanted to do. It offered easy access to the airport and grocery stores, was less than an hour’s drive to Kaanapali for snorkeling, and under 30 minutes to Makena, with plenty to explore in between. The unit itself was amazing—very comfortable and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need after a long day at the beach or for a relaxing evening in. We cooked nearly every day in the well-equipped kitchen, which made us feel right at home. And the views… just wow. The balcony floats above the beach, making it the perfect spot for morning coffee or dinner with a sunset backdrop (definitely the highlight for us). The sound of the waves filled the space day and night—even with the windows closed—which added a whole other layer of tranquility. It’s one of those rare places you almost don’t want to share, because it’s just that special.

You’ve got both the ocean and the cute town of Paris at your doorstep, what more do you need? We loved having so many food choices (restaurants, cafes, grocery) in walking distance, and the lawn was perfect for kids to play. The covered porch overlooking the water is lovely. Inside everything is fresh and clean and as described. The hosts were easy to communicate with. We would absolutely stay here again. One thing to know: you share the lawn with other units so while it feels overall very secluded and safe, there are occasionally people walking in front of your glass patio doors—so not complete privacy in that sense. We didn’t find it a problem though and our daughter was delighted to make friends with the “neighbors.”

This home was as described and the view is out of this world. Every morning we would enjoy our coffee and every evening we would love watching the sunset from the lanai. As you can see from other reviews, this house gets 5 stars because the pros are endless. However - we want to go over a few cons because as a group we rented both sides of the townhouse ($$$$$) and there were some issues that we felt may have swayed our decision to stay there had we known. 1) The homeless in the area. There is public beach access next door to an empty lot - There is then a church that provides free daily meals right behind the home. Put all of this together and the area has become a hang out spot. We had authorities called twice (sleeping in the bushes right outside our room that had bars installed on the windows/blocking the driveway) but could have called them every day. 2) No AC (we knew this) but it gets HOT and if you have littles it will be a problem. 3) Rocky beach entry. Bring water shoes!

We had the most lovely stay at this resort! Jordan’s place is exactly like the photos and is beautifully private. While you cannot exactly see the ocean from the condo—the trees and foliage has now grown too high—we loved opening the late sliding doors and listing to the ocean whenever we were at the home. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked and we loved having access to all of the coffee and appliances supplied. The walk to the beach is easy and the pool has all the amenities you can imagine. There a many places to eat, grab coffee, and activities in a close drive to the location. We did see a singular cockroach inside near where a screened window was ajar. Jordan was very responsive when we message him about this. We had absolutely no concerns about the cleanliness of the condo throughout the rest of our stay. Overall, this was a tropical luxury stay perfect for a honeymoon filled with privacy and easy access to all things one could want in Maui.

We really enjoyed the proximity to the ocean surf. The are lots of things to do in Maui, but we enjoyed the condo so much we mostly just hung out. Thank you Bill for making this a great visit to Maui!

Derrick was so friendly and his place was just 30 seconds from the beach! He was generous with beach gear (chairs, boogie boards) and was happy to give recommendations and teach us about the local plants and animals. We will definitely be coming back!
