We had such a wonderful stay at Villa Fiore. Katarina and Predrag could not have been more hospitable, friendly and helpful. The villa was spacious, modern, immaculately clean, the en-suites from every bedroom made life much easier for us and the kitchen was very well equipped. The pool and outdoor space was amazing and the sunsets stunning. In terms of location, the villa was ideal for us - we hired a car and Zadar city centre was easily accessible in 20 minutes. We reached Plitvice Lakes within 2 hours and visited beaches nearby too. There was a well-stocked Tommy supermarket and bakery within 5km and there was a fantastic mall within 15 minutes drive (called Supernova), which was great for souvenirs etc. I must mention the BQQ - Predrag is an expert and his offer is not to be missed! We spent 2 nights in this excellent quality accommodation. It feels very good, the apartment is new and very cozy. We recommend it without hesitation, plus the hosts are very nice and for cat lovers you will make a lovely little friend 😅

I stayed for a week with my family. Husbands and two sons age 13 and 9. We were warmly welcomed by the hosts. My children particularly enjoyed the garden activities. The football, volleyball/badminton, darts, table tennis and of course the lovely big pool. We enjoyed walking down the lane behind the house to look for snakes, lizards and wild tortoises. The house was absolutely spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed cooking on the outside grill and watching the swallows in the evening. We found the house was well situated for visiting local beaches, Nin, Zadar, Zrmanja River canyon and the national parks. Thank you so much for a lovely holiday.

Great place with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Hosts were super helpful and even provided a travel cot and highchair for our little one. Would recommend having a car to get to town but can easily/cheaply park to get into the old town. Ubers were also very available and good value.

Exceeded expectations and truly was the perfect escape in paradise. Ample activities on property to keep the family occupied and happy. Will absolutely be returning year after year!

The accommodation corresponds exactly to the description and the photos. We were 6th there and we lacked nothing. Downstairs there was a "sofa bed", which was also super comfortable. Everything was clean and as a little attention to welcome there was also a bottle of red wine, a bottle of white wine and an orange juice. The hosts were mega friendly. When we asked what to do in the area and also a little further away, we were informed of EVERYTHING within a very short time - of any activities, good restaurants, places to look at, etc . Further inquiries were answered within a very short time. The check-in and check-out could be individually coordinated. We can highly recommend the place and would definitely book again!

Beautiful Mediterranean-style country house and large property, right by the nature park. Perfect as a starting point for hikes, bike rides or to swim in the sea. Simply great!

Myself and a group of friends visited Marijana’s place in June - we chose this house because of the great value compared to similar properties nearby. We were so pleased with the whole experience - the house is massive and spotless, and though it is a little out of the way, it affords a bit of peace and quiet. In particular we liked the size of the kitchen, the pool, and the outdoor cooking area, and the views of the nearby national park. I’d highly recommend this property to a family or group of friends.

Nikolina was very friendly, helpful and share with a lot of recommendations. The apartament was very clean, exactly like on the photos even better! Our stay was fantastic!

Absolutely amazing, great host always welcome to help and super sweet was very welcoming and showed us some places on the map that are worth visiting , the place is amazing in a amazing location with bars, restaurants, beach and shops near by the view is absolutely stunning very clean apartment with a beautiful balcony and a bbq honestly no complaints at all will definitely visit again for a longer stay !!!! Perfect calm accomodation with a little walk to Zadar old town. We were surprised to find a little snack and drink when we arrived that made us have the perfect last night of our roadtrip. Thanks to Josipa and Gino and their warm welcome and goodbyes when we left!

Nice apartment in a very quiet and peaceful location. Very close to supermarkets and only few minutes drive to the beach which is nice! The jacuzzi was definitely a plus! Very responsive host! Overall we had a lovely stay! Would recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The apartment is modern, clean and lovingly furnished, so you feel right at home. The large terrace especially invites you to relax and enjoy. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is simply unbeatable, you can't get any closer to the sea ;) Highly recommend!

Blanka and Denis were great hosts. Blanka was always quick to respond to any enquires and Denis gave us some great recommendations on check-in on what to see and do in Pag. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with the essentials (even a coffee pod machine which was nice!) To get to the town beach was about a 20 minute walk and has loads of restaurants and bars.

We are repeat visitors and hope to be back again next year after another brilliant stay! Excellent apartment with everything you could need and having the pool is just fantastic. Igor is very responsive to any questions and we would highly recommend staying here both for the apartment itself and the location with easy access to Zadar and islands.

We had a great stay at Sasa place, he was friendly and helpful. Nature is beautiful ! Cottage is very authentic and has basic equipment.

Everything we wanted and imagined we got by staying in this beautiful cottage in a remote location. The only sounds are birds singing and the wind in the treetops. Kind Nataša welcomed us and instructed us in all the amenities that the cottage offers, and if someone doubts whether they could be in a place without electricity and water, we would just add that three nights were not enough for us to get bored of all that the "cottage does not have" (as described on the host's page), and why we actually chose it. Beautiful place for complete... thanks to the hosts. If there is an opportunity, we will come again without any doubt... D&D

If you are looking for a secluded place, surrounded by untouched nature where you are woken up in the morning by the singing of birds, then this is the right place for you. Everything worth seeing is nearby. It's the perfect place to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life...

What a beautiful location! My family and I had a wonderful stay here while we explore Plitvice National Park. The cabin was perfect for all of us - from my 2 yr old son to my mother. We loved our stay here and hope to come back.

Amazing stay. Clean, Beautiful. Peaceful. Was greeted by the father with homemade snaps. The mother came with strawberry. So top hospitality. Beautiful made house. Nothing missing inside. So peaceful view directly into the mountains. Spa was working. Nice annex with fireplace for evening cooking. I honestly have nothing negative to say about this place. Maybe Tomislav (owner) you could get a few more candles (for additional romance) 😀
