Well what can we say?! AMAZING! ❤️Antony & Yolanda’s house is simply BEAUTIFUL! The location is fantastic, a 2 min walk to the local supermarket/restaurants/bars & eateries. The beach also only a 2 min walk. We attended the Dawn Parade and it was such a luxury not having to worry about parking, everything really is on your doorstep. The house itself is lovely and spacious yet felt so cosy and homely. The hosts have put a LOT of thought and effort in to making you feel at home (and we did)! ❤️ From the cosy plush blankets, to the ping pong table (which was so much fun), everything was just magic! From our family to yours Y & A, a huge thank you! 😘❤️

The main house was very comfortable, and the guest house was a perfect retreat for our 14-year-old son—he absolutely loved having his own space. One of the highlights of our stay was the sunroom - stunning views and a peaceful place to unwind.

The Starling Box is definitely the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in! Janina is an exceptional host - she gave us a lovely, warm welcome and showed us all around her beautiful, modern home. The home itself is clean, well appointed and has all the comforts of home. We appreciated the extra touches that are evident throughout the house that make everything cozy and comfy - from warm blankets to a well kitchen stocked with delicious breakfast items, coffee, tea and snacks. The space is peaceful and inviting, and you can feel the love that went into every detail of this fantastic Airbnb. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lots of space, great location and the kids loved looking at the toys on the shelf! We arrived later than we planned but John still came down and showed us around. Highly recommend staying here!

An excellent location and extremely helpful host. The space is spotlessly clean and solid value. The cats were adorable and gave the place character. Way better than booking a motel room ...it felt safe and cosy. Highly recommended and we will book again.

Beautiful location with scenic views over the lake. The studio is really well equipped and the small details really made a huge difference - electric blanket in the bed and snacks for hungry hikers. We loved mountain biking in redwood forest and then coming back to watch the birds on the lake. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The flat is conveniently located near a lot of shopping and restaurants. The back of the apartment complex has direct access to the beach. We had a great stay.

I really recommend staying at Barb's place, it's got everything you would need for a short or longer stay. There's lots to do in the area and Barb gave some great recommendations and helpful information. As a host Barb is the best I've ever had, fast response time, friendly and very helpful, she really goes above and beyond!

Nice modern apartment in a great location for the cbd, parks, lakeside and bars and restaurants, quiet location and well worth a visit when visiting Rotorua

We had a very nice time in a very vibrant part of town a little noisy but fun, it is an apartment so not all rooms have windows and our host was fun and very friendly
