Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Paddington Basin

Pat’s place was perfect for the last leg of our London trip. Spacious and clean 2bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with elevator access. Being in Notting Hill you’d naturally want to go out and explore but Pat’s place was so nice that we were also tempted to hang out longer in the living room with the balcony. I would 100% stay here again and honestly wish we could have stayed longer.

Brilliant property and with secure parking and walking distance to most of central London locations. Very specious and parking is right outside the back door! Amazing. Highly recommend it

Stayed in London for 2 nights by myself. This location and flat couldn’t have been more perfect. The outdoor patio area is wonderful and was perfect for mid afternoon glass of wine. The flat is in a great location right next to Hyde park and the space was clean and perfect for 1 person (but could also easily fit 2 or 3). Equipped with all necessities (shampoo/body wash/soap etc). Samra was a great host and very responsive and let me check in early which was much appreciated. Very grateful for this space!

A perfect place for a couple, Robert’s place was in a great area, very handy for restaurants, pubs, groceries and public transportation. The decor was nicely done and the flat was very comfortable. We particularly appreciated the adjustable ceiling fans in both the bedroom and the lounge area as it was quite warm during part of our stay. Robert provided a long list of recommendations, both for dining and activities, and was always prompt to respond. The key lockbox made checkin and checkout simple and seamless. Although customers sitting outside at the pub right next door could be a bit loud, everything shut down once last orders were called and the pub closed. I would definitely stay here again.

Notting Hill Glow was exactly as described. On a busy street, but wooden bedroom doors filter almost all of the nighttime noise. Not having air conditioning was not an issue for us as daytime highs were under 80 degrees and nighttime was cooler, but I can imagine it could be uncomfortable if temperatures reached the 90s. We were able to walk to several great restaurants and pubs. Comfortable bed.

I had a great experience staying at Aaron's place for an entire week. The apartment is in a great location, with nearby access to multiple subway (Underground) stations, restaurants, groceries, and the beautiful Kensington Park. Having Starbucks a few doors down was a definite plus as well. I felt very safe walking around the area, both daytime and evening. Aaron's apartment was well equipped, very clean, and well lit, given that there were several windows on two sides of the apartment, which I loved!! Aaron was a wonderful host. His responses were were very timely, right from the beginning, and he provided extremely easy to follow instructions for check-in, apartment navigation, and check-out. He also reached out during the week to see if I needed anything. I would definitely stay at Aaron's place again on my next trip to London.

Perfect studio apartment for a couple. Easy access to underground. A nice pub right around the corner. We are runners, so we enjoyed morning jogs around Regents Park, right across the street. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely. Would stay there again next time in London.

I had a lovely stay at the property! The location was convenient, the place was clean and comfortable, and the check-in process was smooth. The host was always helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

It was a lovely stay. The host is responsive to all concerns and made things super easy. The location is close to everything and it has a homey vibe to it despite being in the most central part of the city.

As the old adage goes, it’s location, location, location. You are very close to everything and within walking distance to multiple grocery stores and restaurants. This allowed us to get to all of our points of interest very quickly. The home was squeaky, clean and very comfortable. As listed the host says they will work with you if at all possible for early check in and it worked out perfectly for us. Thanks again, we had a great time!

We had an wonderful experience during our 4-night stay! The house was very clean, modern, and spacious. The kitchen and living room on the top floor were bright and airy thanks to the skylights. The location was ideal! The Bayswater underground station is directly across the street and the Queensway station is a very short walk, giving us many transportation options. There are plenty of grocery and dining options in the surrounding area, but the house also feels quite and private because it is tucked away just off of the main street. Angie was extremely responsive and helpful anytime we messaged her. I would highly recommend staying here!

This is one of the best Air Bnb’s we have ever stayed in. It felt like our own London home. The decor is amazing and it was very spacious and comfortable for our family of five. Loved being in a more residential area after our days of exploring busy London! We hope to be back someday! I could not recommend this place more!

Florence and Imogen were excellent hosts. They were thoughtful, hospitable and helpful whenever we needed. The house is spectacular and as nice if not nicer than in the photos. The top bedroom has HVAC but it absolutely was not needed with the cross-breeze provided by the windows and doors on both sides of the room. The house is has plenty of windows which gives it a lot light and feeling of greenery. The garden is also a nice private space to sit outside and enjoy a bit of nature in the city. Best of all the house was modern and clean and it thankfully did not feel like one of those vacation rental appointed with semi broken IKEA products. We would absolutely stay here again.

I really enjoyed Cordelia's place. It's right on the corner of Hyde Park, and right next to the Circle Line, but nestled on a side road, so it's quiet. It's very spacious with an upstairs bedroom and large living room and big kitchen with everything you need. Check in was easy and Cordelia gave me good tips on where to go. I highly recommend it.

Suzys place is in a great location close to amazing markets & restaurants! Very safe neighbourhood with lovely architecture ✨ the aesthetics inside the flat were beautiful & feel right at home, will definitely book with Suzy again xx

We loved our stay at Vas' flat! It's in the perfect location - near to a tube stop and plenty of buses, restaurants, and the beautiful Regent's Park! It was spacious, clean, and perfect for a family staying for three weeks. We especially loved having a washer/dryer in the unit. We couldn't hear a peep from any neighbors, upstairs or down, and while the street outside is busy during the day, you can't hear any noise from the bedrooms!

This location was fantastic for getting around London. The Paddington station was only a 5-10 minute walk from the apartment which made it so easy coming from Heathrow and a great hub to rest of the city. Lots of restaurants and a grocery store along the canal only minutes from the apartment. Apartment itself was very tidy, not cluttered, lovely views out the windows in living room, kitchen had everything we needed. Also on the ground floor which was great for our mobility challenged grandmother. It was very quiet and the fans were nice since we had warm weather and the apartment has no a/c. The host was very kind and accommodating to our needs and we would happily stay here again.

This is just a perfect little spot for a long or short visit in London- the neighborhood is impeccable (well, it's Mayfair after all) , it's an easy walk to 2 very connected tube stops, a short stroll to Green Park and Buckingham Palace, and well as Oxford Circus and SoHo. VERY central. Quiet, very secure and serene, beautifully set up and functional. It backs to a stunning little park, which is just wonderful and so very atmospheric. Qaiser was an impeccable host: cheerful, helpful and instantly responsive. It's is clear that he takes being a participating owner in AirBnb very seriously and truly wants the best experience for his guests. I will definitely come again. 5 Stars!

A beautiful apartment in a quiet and central location. Great access to public transport and also very walkable. An excellent place to stay if you want a few more creature comforts than are usually offered at hotels, and still in an accessible location. Highly recommend.

Richard is a very very kind person Huge part of our being happy for our London stay is Richard as he is ready to help you whenever you need. The flat is clean, cozy and suits for a family. Its location is gorgeous as Regent Park, Oxford Circus, Regent Street, Selfridges, Madame Tussauds, Marylebone High Street lots of restaurants and bars… All of them are walking distance You are at the bus stop in one minute and 5 minute far from the Baker Street Tube station You can get anywhere easily you need to go The building and the street has so many security cameras and our street is very secured, me and my 7 years old son stayed without any problem I recommend the flat to everybody especially for those who travels with their family The bed is very comfortable,the shower nice and hot I would absolutely recommend Richard as a host Thank you Richard for all your support, being so kind and helpful We will be back!

I can’t say enough good things about our stay. Thomas reached out to us and offered for an early checkin which was helpful after a long flight. The apartment was furnished with all the conveniences you would need to feel at home. The neighborhood is close enough to major attractions yet private and quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I can not say enough about Samuel and this beautiful apartment! The location was perfect and within walking distance to everything. Loved starting our day walking through Hyde Park. The apartment was just as pictured and described in the posting. Samuel is a wonderful host. It was unusually warm while we were there and Samuel reached out to see if I would like an extra fan and portable a/c unit. I came home from sightseeing that day and the portable unit was up and running and there was an extra fan. I wish I could give this place and Samuel more than 5 stars!
