Monthly Rentals in Pacheco

Sarah was so friendly, responsive, accommodating, and proactive. The location was quiet and peaceful. Close to everything you may need including a few big box stores. Close to amusement parks and beaches and big cities. The instructions left were able to help us make the rental way more homely. We enjoyed our time there.

This place was perfect for my first time in California. Mario was very responsive to all my questions and no issues at all with anything during my stay. I would definitely stay there again and the neighborhood is super nice and clean with wide streets. The view is great from the second floor balcony just like the pictures show. Definitely would stay there again as it’s definitely good for 1-2 persons. Mario was super nice to set the A/C to temperature I was used to back home so a great host for sure. I used the washer/dryer a couple times so that makes a big difference to have for long stays. Thank you Mario and wish you the best always.
