The accommodation was as described and it was good to use the facilities.You can walk from the condo to the Central Festival, so there is no inconvenience in living, and the community facilities are well equipped in the accommodation, so it is good to spend time in the accommodation. If you don't mind walking, there is a local market about 1 kilometer away from the condo, so it's worth a visit every time you get tired of Central.The accommodation is equipped with the necessary items to make sure you don't feel uncomfortable, and it feels well-maintained, so it would be good for long stays.I was grateful that the host always responded quickly and was kind.I recommend it to those coming to Chiang Mai.

A truly wonderful and chill place with an amazing host! The appartment is super cozy and has everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Surrounded by endless green fields, it's the perfect spot to relax . So glad to have met Jeffrey — see you again ;)

stayed for 5 months and it was an excellent stay. fast internet (100 Mbps) allowed me to handle my work overseas without lag in conference calls. there was a market nearby that my wife could walk to for groceries, as well as a mini lotus, and 7/11 across from the market for cleaning supplies, toiletries, and the late night snack. a few bars down the street, though I wouldn't recommend walking on that road after dark. it might be a bit dangerous with how fast people drive, so I recommend having a scooter or some transportation. Michael can hook you up with a few good rental agencies. we used mango scooters. while a bit far for the pickup, they were easy to work with, had excellent well maintained machines, and even gave us a refund for the extra days on an early return. the neighbors are awesome and super quiet. they waved hello often the house has a lot of plants, a fully equipped kitchen with a half sized fridge, a water pump, and excellent shower heaters. would stay again

It is a very nice villa, but need to go by car, there is a food market around,, can buy very authentic Chiangmai things, this place is suitable for a group of friends to go for a quiet getaway and enjoy life
