It is newly renovated, with all the amenities and new furnishings, as well as having thermal insulation. It has two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs; and kitchen, bathroom and living area downstairs. It is ideal for any time of the year; it is not hot in summer, and in winter it has a wood stove that heats the whole house.
